There is another place right at the S.E. entrance to the HuaZhong bridge (the ZhongHe side leading to Taipei) that is NT$1500 + 1000 for a 45 minute massage followed by a shower and F.S. in a room upstairs.

I am visiting Taipei for a few days for office work and wanted to understand very clearly if all things related to sex are NOT legit there. I have been reading a few posts which suggest that this is the case. This makes me worried. Can anyone help??

I intend to stay in the Lin Sen area in a reasonable budget hotel.

I had the same room but you never know if they are setting you up. Right after you finish the manager just "happens" to walk over and discover you, then they shake you down for money. This kind of baiting and catch happened to me once in Shanghai but luckily I just paid them some money. Now technically you cannot be charged in Taiwan but these situations always are awkward at best and dangerous if they have home field advantage.

Think I will stick with SC where I get to choose my girls and it "safe".

I don't know ABC, but when I was walking along one or two girls gave me a look that seemed like they wanted to have fun with you and not just like a regular customer kind of pay and leave. I guess if you do meet one it will be a more fun just because she initiated it (maybe she got no business or the guy sucked) and she needs to have her needs met. Also, seems like you can get it for a good deal less than you would pay in a high end KTV.

Legit? Same as every other country in Asia - illegal and very common. If you do things the right way, it's safe here though there would be more room for trouble than in many places.

Read the forum and you will get an idea. If you have little or no Chinese ability (and I am assuming you are not Chinese) stick with places that deal with foreigners - Ceasars, Yuki, etc.

Do not go to SC or Long shang unless you have either a guide, speak fluent Chinese and do not stand out in a crowd, or have a death wish. At best they will rip you off, at worst you will be dragged into some room and asked for a shit load of money.

No Chinese and new to the area, Longshan and Linsen and San Chong are not good ideas.

Long time lurker first time poster. Used these forums to monger in Tokyo a couple times but I'm pretty new in general, had a few questions if anyone would be kind enough to help.

After reading through the first couple pages it seems like I'd be interested in outcalls and maybe a trip or two to a higher end KTV. About outcalls, and it seems its also the case for high end KTV like emperors, do you have to find a manager? Does that entail searching the internet for 'eating fish' and 'drinking tea'? Or is there a more specific keyword and/or website/forum to browse? I had searched emperors on the forums but I didn't catch any addresses and I was already looking at posts from 2007.

Also, I just looked through that kijiji link you posted ABC. I've taken Chinese for 3 years so talking isn't a problem, but wading through walls of chinese text is a bit slow. Found a number of 24 out outcall massage but wasn't sure if there was a certain lingo or anything to look for.
