Great post. Very useful too. I had the same curiosity about this place and in fact I made a post about the advertisement and the response I had received when I had called them. I didn't visit the place though. Your report sheds a lot of light. As you say, there seems a lot of risk involved with the place. If they are not discreet about their offerings they are bound to be raided soon.
We need to tread the waters carefully.

I've been reading the quality material here for a while now and finally decided write my own experiences. I'm relatively new to the Sri Lankan mongering game but one has to start somewhere am I right? .
So following are just brief descriptions of my two encounters at Arovin (Walter G place).
1st Time.
There were 4 girls waiting to be picked all in nurse costumes and decided to go with the cute looking "Pi*m* Got a upstairs room and the room was big and spacious but the only downside was that the washroom was a shared one and you would definitely bump in to other mongers waiting to use it. I got my own towel and Soap which was good and took a quick shower. Being my first time in a Sri Lankan spa I jumped on the bed wearing the towel and the trunk. And the girl smiled and asked if I've been to a spa before. And then I said that I have in other countries and wasn't sure what I should do here in SL. She was really friendly and took off the towel and the trunk.
I opted for a feeling massage with lotion and she did an okay job and when it came to extras she asked for 1500 for HJ with Access. So I agreed and she started a cat bath and took of the buttons to her uniform. She didn't let me suck her boobs or finger her. Just touching was allowed and I was okay with that. Did her thing for like 10-15 minutes and once done took a shower and gave a hug and happily came home.

2nd Time.
Went there again at around noon and there was a huge lineup of girls to select and it was really hard to do so. Decided to go with an innocent looking girl called "Ne**you". Since it has been a while going hunting of spas I tought of doing some hunting today. So here is my review.
1st- st anto mwt, opened 24 hours, new place, didn't like the atmosphere as the reception was filled with guys from the area. Felt nt safe for mongering. So just said thankk you and left to my 2nd place.
2nd. Pahan spa on duplication road next to prema supermarket, there were 2 girls at 8.00 pm both were fat, MILF type not good looking and didn't want to go as it was not my cup of tea. So went to place 3.
3rd place. Marine drive col-3 , this was top of a apartment on the 1st floor can't remember the name, next to lalsons road, they are open 24 hours took a girl called Chatu not sure if it was here real name. She was not friendly at all, directly ask me how much will I tip her even before starting the feeling massage I smiled and asked her what is she open for, she told me top access only for 2000 no sucking and stuff. And at first she took my phone and kept it aside and told me if your here for a massage don't use the phone. When I asked her name she was like why do you want my age why do you want where am I from etc. Had some attitude issues. I had it enough I just told her I don't want any extras just give me a head massage and she didn't talk after that. I would never visit this place again and would not recommend too also she was not a stunner just a OK looking girl, So went to the 4th place.
4th place. Marine lucky spa, after a disappointing hunt I spoke to sa#na from Gem spa, she said she has joined the gem place again and they are closed at 9. 00 pm so thought of going to the luckey spa in marine drive took a pretty looking girl Ni#m# she had a stunning figre good face with make up. I only wanted to see her ass damn it was fully shaved and soft. She has a baby 9 months still lacting so didn't allow any sucking. Friendly attitude wld definitely visit her again.
