A little insight from The Cmdr!
I am happy you found a life that works for you Oakie. Sounds boring to me. But to each his own right?
You make a lot of assumptions based on your personal biases. But that is normal for people of your type. You choose to focus on what you choose to focus on and you spin things to make yourself feel superior to others. It is very obvious in the style of your writing and your comments about others. It is like a flashing neon sign that says:
I know it all and you don't!
At the core is the assumption that your lifestyle is better than anyone else. But you are here, on a site talking that you yourself describe as (insert description of the day here) about your high quality domestic life while running down your assumed lifestyle of others. Maybe the problems are not the ones you perceive. Maybe you are just in the wrong place. Because if you examine ISG in general you will see a lot of men talking about a lot of different kinds of sex. Normal is defined by the individual and has no standards. You do realize that the majority of people would not consider having threesome or bisexuality normal right?
ROTFLMAO!
You have commented on my personal situation and relationships both in the Thailand Threads and here in the Dominican Republic Threads. I don't have a problem with what you think of me personally. Nor the idea that you THINK you have a better life as a Sexpat than others do as International Tricks. I'm living the best life I have ever lived. Because I define what is normal. I don't let society define it or a bunch of individuals who may or may not be presenting themselves accurately here on the forum.
That is Real Man stuff right there. So, once again, congratulations on creating a life that works for you. I've done the same for myself. And if you think I take anything you write seriously then you are sadly mistaken. Although I enjoy the flattery of knowing that you read every word of every post that I write and can recite them almost verbatim. I appreciate that. It is your unstated acknowledgement of deep respect. Because you know I have 10 years of boots on the ground living in the Dominican Republic. That I did on my own. No gurus except for BBQRibs (RIP) who gave me some excellent tips and guidance when I first arrived. Several in person meetings. No problems!
Our exchanges remind me of this scene out of a movie. A police officer is chasing an after a bad guy. The bad guy yells at the police officer: Why you chasing me? The police officer yells back: Why you running?.
ROTFLMAO!
Yep, that too! LOL. Spent my first 7 years mongering here! But strictly speaking, I am not "mongering", here anymore. I'm 'wifed' up with a local these past 8 years, and live a relatively normal but happy and healthy domesticated life. I'm part of the local community, and rarely go downtown to the sex pit area after sundown!, unless I have a newbie visitor from sex prison. I usually just introduce him, get him started, and beat the hell out of there! I'm not rolling like an "International Trickster" buying bottles from savvy mamasans, making it rain, 40 Lady drinks at a time, all competing for your "stack", even If they don't remember your name out of the thousands who are doing the same thing every night, and bragging about it to their fellow mongers! To handle that shit I'd have to stay drunk, because it sounds a little depressing, day after day, night after night, with cookie cutter asian clones and drones on autopilot. Dinner is home cooking, and socializing is having a couple of cold beers and wine and not focused on grabbing cheap hoes off the street to bring back and bang, and hope she doesn't rip you off! But hey! It's all good, to each his own depending on what where you are at a supposedly mature stage of your life!I created a retirement plan, that doesn't depend on my dick needs, my "stack", or the approval or envy of your circle jerking, pissing match artist fellow mongers. Glad I did, and found a place where sex is a normal and still enjoyable fact of life!
The Dominican Republic, Colombia and Thailand
I am not going to argue with someone who has not lived in the Dominican Republic as long as I have nor visited Thailand. Below you will find my evaluation of different places (that I have personal experience with) in relation to the Dominican Republic. I stand by it!.
My best days in Republica Dominicana were my best days in the Dominican Republic. My best days in Thailand are my best days in Thailand. I am not the sort to engage in glory days comparisons. When I was in the Dominican Republic I had not discovered Thailand at the time. I have established deep roots in the Dominican Republic that are just not going to go away. That is why I will return. To tend to my roots and to hang out with the friends I made during my time there.
The only thing that the Dominican Republic is superior on is beaches In all other areas that I find important for good living: Colombia and Thailand are far superior!
Period. Full Stop!
That being said I would not change my time in the Dominican Republic at all. Nor do I feel like I wish I had of discovered Colombia and Thailand sooner. Everything occurs in it time it should based on the manifest destiny laid out for me. I am good with with it!
Thailand far from being anything like individuals posting in here who have never visited the place describe it is far superior to the Dominican Republic in EVERY area (especially infrastructure). One exception, The Beaches!
For me the Dominican Republic is a place to visit, not a place to live!
International Trick or Sexpat: Which one are you?
Hey you mother fuck! I am moving this part of our conversation to the thread where it belongs. It will allow me to express myself more completely.
Only Americans have such shame in paying for sex,
Let's start out with: where is your superior ASS from you mother fuck?
Exactly where do you find that I have any shame in my comments or activities worldwide? Have you read any of my posts other than the ones where we are going back and forth about your opinions of Haitians in the Dominican Republic?
I got 10 years plus of boots on the ground living in the Dominican Republic. That is the experience base I am speaking from. I too am a: International Trick just not in the Dominican Republic.
In the Dominican Republic I am a: Sexpat.
Definitions
By having having boots on the ground for months on end I get to do what visitors (those who dont need to renew their visitors visa why they are here) can NEVER experience. This is the classic conflict that I have seen occur on ISG across Country Threads. There will always be: Sexpats and International Tricks
Sexpats
They post up in a place long enough to actually learn how to live like a local.
International Tricks
Visitors. Then dont need to extend the stamp they get on the VOA (or whatever the fuck they call it). You know the time they get when the initially enter the country.
Sexpats if they choose to write about their experiences here on ISG (and many dont) often make International Tricks think they are telling tall tales. I used to get that ALOT when I was posting in the Dominican Republic threads. Sexpats can simply do what International Tricks cannot. And they know a helluva lot more about the culture and inner workings of the country where they are Sexpattin in.
Now you have some idea of where I am coming from.
and I'm pretty sure you paid for sex decades in your life and nothing is wrong with doing that.
You really need to stop making your sweeping assumptions about populations based on your anecdotal observations and personally about me.
You would be wrong. I did not hire prostitutes on a consistent basis until I was in my late 40's early 50's. I didn't see any reason too. It wasn't until after my second divorce that I decided that I was not going to fuck with relationships anymore. So unlike the average International Trick, I don't have a emotional problem forming a pair bond with a girl.
You'll be surprised how some tourism sectors depend on sex tourists to come and spend money! And when these guys decide to dropout the game it hurt the local economies significantly!
Another one of your assumptions and opinions. Show me some facts to back up your anecdotal observations over decades of International Trickin!!
I can proudly say this, I paid for sex on every continent except South America and Antarctic I even did it in the South Pacific Islands. I'm currently in Madagascar doing this and after I'm done I plan on putting together a report.
You are the definition of a International Trick and you are proud. I can't take nothing away from you there.
Shame is not acknowledging what you are actual doing by using euphemisms. You definition you are a International Trick!! You travel the world hiring prostitutes to have sex with you. The only difference between me and you is that I also do that but sometimes I decide to become a SexPat. But that is not my SOLE purpose in life. And when I find a geographical location that I like I build a base and become more than a International Trick. Sometimes even forming relationships. That moves me into the realm of being a International SexPat. My flow and my stack allows me to maintain residences in four different countries. I have girls in all over them except one. They all require support. They have all been with me for YEARS!.
I AM very proud of that!
