Effective 1 June 2020:
1. Flights to Ecuador will be resuming.
2. Passengers and air crew must have a negative PCR test for Coronavirus (COVID-19) issued within 72 h before arrival.
Questions: Is this legit? If so, how do I get a PCR test? Any ideas?
