Reeperbahn is a well-known tourist trap, but there are much better places for sex in Hamburg.

There are 3 FKKs in Hamburg that I've been to, two small ones, FKK Romeo and FKK 125.

There are only a few girls there, but still you can have good sex and it's certainly no tourist trap.

Then there's Atmos Saunaclub, it can be quite good with a fairly big selection of girls.

There are also hundreds of girls working in apartments all over Hamburg, check out "modelle-hamburg.de" or "treffpunkte" , this is also a good option with no tourist trap upselling.

Yes, I had similar bad experience during my visit a few years ago. But I learned my lesson after my first bad experience. You appeared to be much more optimistic. Hopefully your experience will save other mongers from getting ripped off.

Hamburg and Paris are the two worst cities in Europe to get decent service - by far. Why? Because they are so famous for their nightlife. Pigalle and Reeperbahn. Everybody knows these names, and that's why an unending flood of new men arrives each night, falling into the hands of the scammers. If you can scam even an experienced monger like Hamboner out of 220 euros (at least that's what I added up the amounts) for one lousy quickie and lots of frustration, then imagine what happens to a newbie! And that's basically the answer to your question: the scamming does not kill their business - it IS their business!

Hamburg and Paris live off their reputation and the tourists who come and don't know better.

Hamburg is one of the best places for sex in Germany, you just need to stay away from the Reeperbahn, that's all.

I perfectly agree with the last 2 comments. Hamburg is great, Reeperbahn is just for disinformed turists. If you read this forum carefully you notice this has already been said but thank you to Hamboner for making the point again; the message is: "avoid the red-light district!!!".

Concentrate on other sources: flats, brothels outside St.Pauli, nightclubs, massage parlors, FKKs and if you wish streetwalkers, but I would avoid it this last choice. There is plenty of possibilities.

I have visited Hamburg more than 15 times just to spend time with some of the godesses who works there, and I can confirm that some of Europe's worst hustlers work there. But you also find some of Europe's best working girls there if you do your research and visit the right places.

I agree that the are scams but they aew avoidable, nothing wrong with Hamburg itself. I was once there at Geizhaus, which I can also recommend, 30 min less than 40 euros. Girls were totally ok, maybe not supermodels but better than expected.

- another one, very small, is in the small sex shop with the pink entrance at the other end of the reeperbahn, between imperial theatre and wos. you can also use the backdoor in the seilerstraße / kleine seitenstraße. I will give it a try, gives many possibilities when you prefer some certain girls. Often there is connection between nationality and character in bed. I think brasilian ladies are good in bed.
