Dude, you need to have game and not just approach a girl and expect them to welcome you with open arms. I never have trouble getting them to chit-chat a bit with me, and believe it or not some girls do go there to just have fun with their personal friends and not to hook up with guys, even thought if you have game they will also not mind.

Even the act of approaching them itself feels uncomfortable, creepy, inappropriate and out of bounds. I KNOW it is not my imagination or due to any lack of bravery on my part either. I can't imagine any average Joe in the US coming to Taiwan and fitting in. Taiwan seems to be a workaholic culture, not a fun, relaxed, passionate culture. But of course, it's taboo to mention that, because you aren't supposed to see things the way they are.

Update: I was just at Pizza Hut today. And damn! This SUPER HOT girl walked in with sexy smooth legs and face. I said Hi to her but she ignored me. I wanted to say it louder or approach her, but it felt so illegal and wrong! I hate that! It was EXCRUCIATING just sitting there and watching her, not being able to do anything about it! I felt so handicapped and incapacitated. I hate that. Every time I go out in Taiwan this happens! I can't stand it! What can I do? Why can't Taiwan be more socially open like most other countries? Come on, Chris. Girls who go to Pizza Hut are asking for it. Besides, back in the US, if a foreigner were sitting in a Pizza Hut, saying 'hi' to hot chicks who walked in, they would probably get the numbers of 85% and bang close to all of those by that night.

All jokes aside, I imagine that the situation is something like this:

1). Romeo's not local nor do I think that he is white/black. That leaves us with him considering himself an ABC or CBC despite the fact that he was actually born here in Taiwan.

2). He probably speaks at least kitchen-table Chinese but is functionally illiterate.

3). Having no connections from school, work, etc, he feels that he is on the outside looking in as Taiwanese do indeed tend to move within social groups though with younger generations these are very flexible.

4). and.......I am going to guess that either Mommy and Daddy have decided to move back to the motherland or else they have sent him to live with Gramps and Granny out in the countryside somewhere. Although posting in the Taipei section, if I could, I would bet that he is nowhere near Taipei or any of the three other major cities for that matter.

5). The super-vibe awareness of people thing has left me stumped. Perhaps he is actually part-alien or something?

Looks like I missed out on a lot of the fun the past few days while I was getting my ass roasted off in Shanghai and getting serious blue balls from lack of action (which I remidied first thing I got back last night).

Lets cut Romeo some slack. He obviously thinks he has the moves with the ladies (why else would he call himself "Romeo") and feels slighted by the girls here. All I can add is this:

lighten up, act natural and dont blame your trouble with women on the culture here. Taiwan girls like any other country will natrually be cautious of any stranger that approached them with an obvious pick up or look of raw hunger.

I got a girl last night to cure my blue balls and my provider told me that the 3.5K China girls were in seriously short supply and that she would let me have a 5K for 4K. Girl was cute and thin, slightly older looking face (too much makeup) but had a seriously tight body and really got into it. We both came screaming together in our best attempt to try and wake the neighborhood cats and snuggled afterwards. Definately a repeat call (but she is NOT in the 5K price range).

Any other brothers finding that 5K doesnt garuantee a Taiwan girl anymore and they seem to be trying to trying to phase out the 3.5K girls. Give me your thoughts and experiences.

Ok, back in Taipei for 1 quick week of work. And the first 4 days my company had me tied down at work and I'm so tired I went straight back to the hotel and sleep.

Today it was an off day and I called up my manager. To my surprise he didn't say "see you at Emperor" this time, but told me there's a newly opened "Dress clothes shop" named Taipei Garden that he wanted me to try, and there are a couple of top quality model-esque girls. So off I went.

Got this girl named "Tzi-Tzi", very friendly, very talkable, and a model indeed! Face 9, Body 9, Attitude 9. However, she has a FUCKING COLD. Sneezing every 3 minutes..... so obviously I can't take her out. Ask for the other model girl, name is "Yao Qin" and I was disappointed at first because I would only rate her face 7 (although you might rate her 10, she has a child-like cute face, but I do not like them looking like young girl, I like them looking like young working woman.) But her body is an easy 9.5

Talk, sing, play games, the same drill. I have to admit normally I would bump her because it's painfully obvious to me she's shy and timid and not fun to be around. But I've wasted an hour and a half with Tzi Tzi that I can't bump her and spend another hour with another girl. So I decided to take her out.

Went to dinner, and my goodness she acts like my sister more than my pay-date. Shy, not talkative, NO SERVICE. I am struggling to tell her go home and call my manager to demand a refund, but then I decided to give this 20-year-old a break and just do her and go home.

The special part was decent. She refused to take shower together, and is very timid in bed at first. But after I work my magic fore-play she's into it and boy is she tight! Anyway, went there. The joint is solid and it's a new adventure: you can pick either Uniform girls or Dress Clothes girls. Being an adventurous guy I picked both, LOL. We sang and play games and 30 minutes later it was obvious each girl was doing their best to get my full attention and away from the other girl, LOL.

Although unfortunately I don't like to do 2 girls at once so when it's takeout time I had to choose, but damn it was a tough decision. Namely, in Banchaio you will find these 'Tea Service places' where you can pick a girl, pay around NTD 1, 800, take her back in a small dark compartment (sofa and table) and fool around with her or around 1 hour, meaning you can touch her all over, and she will as part of service will 'release your little brother'. But if the girl likes you, you can do the full monty with her on the spot-but then for an extra NTD3, 000. And if she really likes you, you can get her mobile mobile, and meet her elsewhere.

Quality of girls, guess range from 4 to 8. But main point, most are young in their early twenties and you get to pick your choice. If none is there to your liking, there are like 3 'tea places' in the same area.

Yuki's girls are welcome everywhere, except occasionally at the Hyatt, depending how they dress. (??) Love motels are all over the place in Taipei, just keep your eyes open. Even the regular hotels typically offer rooms for 'xiuxi' if you ask.

Please - do a minimal amount of work and RTFF before you start posting basic questions.
