I think I am in trouble. I met a gal who rocked my world, we live thousands a miles away from each other, and now I can’t contact her.

Let me explain and I’ll try to fill in some details on my experience as the wisdom of those on this forum was very helpful to me in how I made decision.

My cab driver did not know where Neptune 2 was, but I was dropped in the middle of Wan Chai. I walked around for a short bit, and then asked an American having a smoke on the street corner who looked like he knew his way around for directions to Neptune 2 and Traffik. I asked if he had a preference for one or the other and he said that Neptune 2 was tried and true, a good staple, so try that first. So if you are reading this, and that was you, thanks!

Interesting story - and well written. You had a good time. You met a real pro my friend, and she gave you a good time. As regards the hotel reservation girls, you are right that the girls that come to the hotel are very rarely the ones you see in the 141 site but personally I have never been disappointed. There is no such thing as freelancer. They either have a manager in Hong Kong, or there is someone back in Philippines who they will have to pay designated amount of money when they return. Reason – they can't easily get visas, unless someone helps.

Don't take it personally if she doesn't take your call. You just met her, and for now, you are just another customer. Her phone card may be out of credit (most likely), or her phone could have been stolen (less likely but it does happen – speaking from experience). Your best bet is probably to meet her again in the club, either Neptune, Traffic, Laguna, Galaxy, possibly Amazonia. I'm sure she will greet you with a big smile.

What is your long term objective? Do you want to spend another night with her, or do you want more? If it's just about sex, I'm sure you can find a girl who will be a good performer, treat her well and you will be rewarded.

If you have feelings for her, then it's a different story. She is in the “business”, she will be with other guys. Be careful where you invest your feelings. You could take her out of business if you really wanted to, but it will be a process, and will take plenty of time, energy and it will cost you. I know someone who has successfully done it, so it can be done.

I haven't been to HK or Asia in over a year, but things haven't changed that much from what I have read.

Do not be surprised if you do not see or hear from this girl for 6 months and then a phone call out of the blue from the Philippines.

Welcome to the world of mongering! Just because these gals are "working" doesn't mean they don't have any feelings. The hard part is being to separate the "fact and fiction". I would heed LoveAsia77's advice as well. Think about it, where are most of these gals going to get the money for airplane ticket, visa, apartment, etc. I won't say never, but I would be shocked if 99.5 of 100 don't have some kind of manager, either here or back home.
Keep in mind one thing, if you decide to try and take her "out of the business", you in effect will be her sole method of support for her and her family. That can be a big commitment. If you stay with you for a year or two or three, and then decide to move on, she will be "on her own" again and it will more difficult to get back in the game.
One thing you might try is to ask if she would like to stay with you for a week and get a good price for that long stay. This will give you the chance to see what she is like when the physical attraction wears off.
I find a lot of these ladies very warm and giving and enjoy their company a lot, and the truth is it is very tempting to try and take it further. In the end I realized the price of a commitment is more than I want to pay and not just in money. I also think it is very unfair to give one of these gals "false hope and promises", but that is just me.
I met one about three months ago, and we still stay in touch, she was disappointed when I didn't call her on my last visit to HK, but I told her that it is difficult when she is only in town for 14 days and then gone for a month. I plan to catch up on her next visit, she is a sweet girl and fun to be with, but my days of raising another man's children are done.

Dear Ubique,

I am not sure if you are looking for an advise here or not! If You are, take it from an old dog who had lived here for over 8 years and had been involved with a few filipinas: Let it go! I know it is not easy, but you will be better off to just forget about her. You came, you had some good time, cherish it and move on.

Now some answers. Majority, if not all, of the working girls who come to HK for work come through a package. The package includes the round trip ticket, show money (to show immigration she has money to spend in HK), a boarding place (do a search and you will find a few stories about them), and usually a person/manager to watch over her while she is here and show her the ropes. All WG, no exception, have their passport with them in case they get stopped by police. Is passport real? Yes, 100%. Does the passport belongs to person carrying it. Not 100% of the time. I have met.know of a few that were here with someone else's passport (their sister, cousin, or friend). So because she having a passport does not prove anything.

Calling to/from Phil to HK is very expensive. On my phone it is 15 times more than calling US. Roaming is also costly so a person with a Phil phone usually will have the phone off and if on, it is usually is used for SMS only. SMS is 4-5 times more than local SMS but it is not as bad as a voice call.

Many of the sponsors/managers will lend the girl a phone and she will buy a prepaid SIM and use it while here. Sometimes after the phone is returned to manager, the SIM card may still be in it and the next girl may use it. And in between girls, the phone might sit idle somewhere and it could be on or off! Again, you can not assume anything.

I, like you, assume what someone says is true unless proven otherwise and even though the majority of times that had be the case, there are still occasions that she may be telling some made-up stories.

Why did she exchanged number with you? The worst case scenario she wanted repeat business and there are probably many like you with her phone number in hand. Exchanging a phone number means nothing whatsoever!

Did you overpay? It seems so. I do not monger in HK anymore. It is too close for comfort. However, judging from posts here it seems LT price is lower than what you had paid.

Who answered the phone or was with her? It could be anyone! Why does it matter? You know very well that she is a WORKING girl and when you called she was WORKING!

Have been to Macau which the only difference is in some places in Macau you get to choose the women, however come with different prices.

I will be better prepared for next time, with clearer lines of expectations. I had no idea how organized the scene there is (I need to rttf better before taking the leap) and I was too gullible in believing everything she said…I haven’t been around enough in this scene to get burned or to have expectations of staying in contact lowered by lack of response. Not so next time.

Before I allowed myself to take the leap into mongering, I had one rule, not to lose my heart, either by breaking someone else’s, not breaking mine, or in not giving mine away. That being said, what was I looking for with this gal?

I knew she was in the field, and I am okay with that, but I guess I simply wanted to connect at a deeper level, have amazing sex, but with little, to no strings attached aside from respecting each others’ life situation and still being a friend….maybe that’s not possible, or maybe that’s only possible in exceptional circumstances. She had offered to take me around the Phil if and when I am there which could happen, so I was hoping to have a friend like her in pocket to show me around.

I am off to Bangkok this weekend so I’m debating how to find another vixen or two who rocks me silly, but this time I will be better emotionally prepared.

Ubique, be careful. The goal of many of the girls today is to get 3-4 guys on their hook as regulars (many thinking something more than a regular John). If she does contact you, there will likely be an oblique request for funding.

I made the mistake of getting involved with a working girl from the phils in HK many years ago. It turned out about as expected. I made a rule that thereafter I would not get emotionally involved with one. Ten years later, I altered that rule for a Mongolian working girl in Beijing. Even with ten years passing, the methodology and result were the same.

I say this obviously not to be judgemental, but just as a warning. except for Regency. The tout ignored me. Moved on.

Based on previous report, explored 607 Nathan Road.
Several elevator choices, read the numbers for 1-8 option.
4th floor appeared to be a pub. Too many younger girls
and guys to be for real. If I'm wrong, correct me. One girl
pointed upwards, as if she knew what I was after. Back
in elevator, the "elevator lady" selects 3rd floor. Maybe
other places upstairs.

3rd floor: Ca-ching. Only one door a brother would dare
venture though, took it. Limited english at the desk, but
400 "all-inclusive" seemed fine, 2 hour limit. Typical locker
room, double key system received towel, showered,
received pjs, shown to room. Outer room included
easy-chairs and tvs if you want to spend extra time there.

No lineup. Girl had great legs, looked 25, expected 30-something.
Surprise: very decent english. Was 30-something. Chinese.
Decent massage, back-walk, oil. Nice conversation, told me hj
was included. Np, great. Nice touch. Invited me to explore,
very receptive. Didn't push limits, boom. Voila. Nice
clean-up, invitation back. 60 minutes with girl, could have
relaxed in outer room. Showered, left.

Another 2-3 WGs on walk home. Plenty of sauna signs. I don't
expect this one was unusual. Just north of Soy Rd, near
FukLook Jewelry or something like that.

Safe enough. Serves a purpose. Friendly enough.

"Girl" not as young or hot, but knew what she was doing.
Sauna and steam room available. Safe, comfortable.
Full menu was offered in Chinese but with polite translation
from living room staff. FS would have been 900.
No charge for non-alcoholic drinks (non-alcoholic).
