I Did it through the debit card
Have used the debit card at Jakarta and got a good exchange rate rather than using the Forex card (Involves initial setup cost).
The international Debit does charge the premium how ever I noticed was equal to the Commission given to money changers. Also the exchange rates through the Master card and Visa directly are better at ATM on debit card than what is loaded via the Forex.
Not sure of the Thai Bhat and rules in LOS.
OS.
Hi all,
Can any one please give me the inputs about inr currency exchange in Pattaya.
I planned to load in my forex card but it is costing around 49 k inr for 20 k baht.
What if we exchange directly over there how much it costs me for 20 k baht.
And can we carry around 50 to 60 k inr or 20 to 30 k baht currency notes?? Any problems in airports.
