I'm planning to visit BKK (Sukhimvit area) for the first time and I wondered how much money per day is needed to have a fun time there. That would leave you with 4000 Baht for the rest, and a session at a soapy by itself will be in this range.

So I would say you are a bit short, but maybe I've been paying too much and somebody will correct me.

"normal" massage: 200 to 400 baht.

Western food: 250 to 500 baht PER MEAL! (why you want to eat Western food in Bangkok goes beyond my comprehension). Thai food will cost you 100 to 150 baht per meal in a food court like at Terminal 21. Halve that price if you eat from a food cart on the street.

Blowjob bar: I guess about 1000 baht (never went there myself yet).

Soapy massage: at least 2500 baht.

Clubbing: ??? It will depend on how much you drink and how many drinks you give away.

Freelancer (ST): at least 1500 baht.

5000 baht won't be enough for all your activities, but do you really need all these activities every day? A soapy massage offers you two pops, so we are looking at 4 to 5 pops every day. That may be a light meal such as a burger & drink. Though if one needs 6 burgers, 3 fries, coffee, coke & dessert, it will be a bit more. Especially if the medications needed thereafter are included.

Alternately there's the nearby Nana Hotel restaurant with various Western dishes. Prices range from around 120 baht for a burger & fries with pudding to 180 for spaghetti with meat sauce to like 540 for a steak dinner.

Additionally the area supermarkets (Foodland, Villa Market) have many Western foods to create one's own meal. They also carry Western type sandwichs such as egg, roast beef, etc, which are very reasonably priced, probably less than they would cost in a Western country.

I prefer Western food. It's what my body & mind have been used to for a very long time. Spicy Thai food, especially off the dirty hot street, is not conducive to happy digestion nor my cup of tea.
