I asked the bar tender for the Shisha bar and he said, have a drink here and then you can go through that door. The door is right opposite to the entrance. (When you enter, Right is bar, left is table and straight is the door for Shisha bar). I had a drink. Girls started coming near the patrons near me. Smiled at me but they don't come if you do not smile and call them. Called a couple of girls to understand that they speak ZERO english. Maybe that's why they do not come to you. As it happens last night I contemplated calling her to my room, but then decided to head to Premiere again and see how the night transpires.
