Clash of different Cultures and childhood training
Just something I will have to get used to and adjust like everything in life? It has only been 3 weeks since I last visited WS. Maybe it was this night or things changed quickly? As usual, I walked up and down WS. To check out what's new particularly clubs opening and closing what I noticed were more Indians younger and dressed more Western. One thing hasn't changed like the Chinese tour groups they walk ahead bumping into everyone never making an attempt to avoid.
Its not in Chinese culture to wait your turn, so hence pushing and shoving is the norm. Worst manners in the world possibly. Chinese tour groups definitely to be avoided (Singapore Chinese culture is very different I think). Unfortunately has been seen in Thailand also when people supposed to be queueing for tickets at Mor Chit bus station before Chinese new year, as example, but pushing and shoving to get to counter. I don't know if many were Chinese, mostly Thai I guess.
Even in Germany people do not seem to have learned from childhood to watch where they are going. All to common for someone to step into your walking path and stop dead there, or cut in front. A German crashed into me at Frankfurt airport, and he had absolutely no interest that his sharp edged suitcase had gouged and cut my arm. I was stationary at the time. No thought of others walking at all. Bicycles on the footpath turning corners or coming out of driveways very dangerous. Cyclist abused me as I crossed on a pedestrian crossing for not getting out of his way but pedestrian has right of way. Pedestrian crossings in Thailand do not cause motorists to stop unless you force them. One wonders why they painted the stripes there at all.
So we are continually amazed that different cultures create a very different expected norm of behaviour in different nationalities. I think reasonable behaviour is taught to people by their parents when they are children, so should be automatic without thinking as adults.
Only in some countries, as children, we are taught to watch where we are going. If cut someone off or bumped into someone, our parents would immediately teach us the right thing. "Watch where we are going!" My culture tends to promote having a space between people and not being in their face. Groups of Indians in bars, seem to party almost right in your face high fiving each other with no suitable space maintained. It is probably totally normal for them. However some of us feel uncomfortable having view blocked, or will drink be knocked over, etc. Okay Bar has no spare seats we are used to touching those that sit side by side, but standing guys jumping around in front of me is disturbing. Drunk Farang guys insisting on standing but lacking the balance to avoid crashing into others is also a problem.
Pattaya 3 day trip report
This is more of a general report of my most recent visit to Pattaya, the second in as many years. This time it was a short 3 day trip.
Mad Rush.
The goal was basically to have sex with as many women as possible. I banged 9 chicks in 3 days, mostly during day time as I regularly hit the bed at 9 pm. So my options were quite limited but Pattaya has enough options for such types too, love you Pattaya. On average I spent about 6 k daily on mongering out of my 10 k budget. I am sure if I hit WS I could have exhausted the budget. I did not bother haggling anywhere as it made no sense to save 10% or whatever.
Honey 2.
Had the best fucks here, in terms of looks actually. Chose the 4 k Baht girls. One was not keen but was a 8/10 in looks so I basically fucked her purely for looks alone. Another was a 7/10 and was very friendly and cooperative. The only problem was it was impossible to hold for long since the girls were quite hot. And the worst part is after fucking these beautiful dolls, I could hardly get a boner from Soi 6 girls. Being an Indian with restricted entry to bars on WS plus hitting the bed early meant I had to walk aorund Soi 6 a lot to find the one that piqued my interest. Though I visited rasputin, Sabai etc, Honey 2 had the best ones for my taste.
LK Metro.
Easy to find better than average girls, but since I stayed right next door to Soi 6, this was not my preferred hunting ground. But I did pick up couple of girls form bars here and both experiences were quite good. Girls shared their Whatsapp numbers and even messaged next day to come back.
Soi 6.
Girls were average except for a few good ones and finding that diamond in the rough takes time and patience and lot of walking. The below average and average experiences were from girls who did not speak a word of English. In fact, 2 times I stopped in the middle of the act since I couldn't finish because either the girl had terrible baby damage or she was just a robot or both. I had no time to waste so I simply dressed up, did not tip though they were paid in full and left the room while they were sitting there like duh. With time being precious I did not want to waste a pop. Simply walked over to another bar and found another chick to drain my balls. My takeaway is to find girls who are cute and can converse with you in English, these ones gave the best company.
Hotel massage.
The hotel where I stayed near Soi 6 also offered in-room massages. Though the massage was good with a happy ending, the young and hot ones did not provide extras no matter if I offered a 2 k or 3 k tip while the older ones did for much much less. Sigh! Also if you are the type who likes to be pampered from head to toe at a real massage place don't forget to try the nantika spa on beach road.
Happy hunting.
