Speaking of Overly Pretentious
If you want to enjoy a glass of white wine, or anything else that your palet can identify (beer, good food, hot girls, or a comfortable bed), then you really should quit your high-faluting-bickering and just head over to Livington's Lodge (Giotto's Place).
Believe me (I've stayed everywhere from the Grand Hyatt to Hotel 27 on Soi 22), you can't find a better place than Livingston's Lodge. And yes . . .
That is my opinon.
poster out . . .
opinions are arse-holes . . .
Look, I couldn't care less if you call me pretentious, when I fork 7,000 for a bottle of White wine, I want to drink it properly. One would think that in such a restaurant as the Scirrocco the sommeliers are trained...
I guess opinions are like arse-holes right?
and most arse-holes are much warmer than the white wine you have at your table, and yes i understand your qualm if you felt like you overpaid, but hey man, you made your choice already!
if you feel that bad about it then i have some grave and joyful advice . . .
go to the nearest 7-11, buy whatever they have that suits your palet (i suggest beer or 100 piper), and go drink it on the street.
it's much cheaper that way, and you just might notice some things you never noticed before. hmmm . . .
yes . . .
i think this is good medicine for you :) :) :)
