My reason for writing it is.
Thank you for taking the time to write this. It has nothing to do with safety. It seems to be about your preference for bringing girls to your room instead of going to casas. I'm glad it works for you. It works for some other guys and not so much for some other guys. More often than not, in my opinion, the experience in a room is going to be more comfortable than the experience in a casa. Even the casas where you pay extra for comfortable rooms (Energy, Loutron, Tantra, etc.).
As far as performance, I think the casa management is generally on the side of the customer. The too long in the shower thing can be a problem if guys let it become a problem. The solution is very simple, leave the room and tell the girl to come get you when she is ready. A common New Life trick if you don't let girls chit chat is to try to get you to stay in the room while they shower and straighten up after you're done. They will say, "just a minute, I will walk out with you. " My advice is once you are done, go straight to the cashier unless you have extra cash you need to get rid of. I still don't see what that has to do with safety.
Many members have recently informed me of the terrible service the casa girls have been providing and even after complaining to management, the customer was told he still has to pay, even if the service was subpar. The safety issue is this, if you decide to raise hell about your pesos's you're at the mercy of the establishment, whereas if she comes to your room, you can give her taxi fair and send her on her way. I'm not the sharpest tool in the tool box but you are damn sure at a disadvantage when you disrobe in an unfamiliar environment IE, casa, but I clearly see it is seen as a preference. Not one member who has voiced a recent complaint said to me, this poor service occurred at my room and I still had to pay her. Maybe its the thrill for those who use casas's, I like using the room in which I set up, not the one that was set up for me to use. All is fair, and understood! Pollo negro is out!
You've either experienced or not.
You must readily recognize the fear tactics and those who are settling for poor service due to so called nationality. As one member said, The reason why you keep your end of the bargain is because she has friends, brothers, cousins, uncles and a whole network of people who want to protect her. All you've got is money and some people around you, who enjoy money. You kick enough girls out because they won't follow your script and eventually you'll end up being just another news story that will panic the gringos for a few days.
Unless you have been a News story, why do fellow board members do this? Clearly you have no idea how negotiations work and how a deal works. I don't care if I'm in south Afghanistan with Bin Laden's brother and hand grenade, if you agree to a deal with me and chose to not carry out the agreement, you will not be paid, I don't care if you have, "friends, brothers, cousins, uncles and a whole network of people who want to protect you!' Clearly someone in Medellin has either smashed your head, or scared you enough to make you post what you post. Money talks in Medellin, and we all know how board members bash other board members about speaking about money, but according to you, it is clear, that as an American in Medellin, we are only subject to the treatment the girls chooses to give us, and we must still pay her a said amount because she had "friends, brothers, cousins, uncles and a whole network of people who want to protect her." and you wonder why the girls take advantage of mongers like you? Pollo Negro is out!
