This pointless debate will rage on on ISG forever. You know what, I wasn't making a comment on what you should or shouldn't pay, although I did try to provide some info about what I believe are the market rates these days. Frankly the more times I hear people complaining and/or castigating, ignorantly, about people "spoiling the market", the more I actually want to spend more. If it gets me better girls, or even if I just feel like it, then it's not only my prerogative, it's actually in my best interest.
I worked hard and I have every right to spend my money however I feel like, as do you.

You're right, they start to qoute 2500-3000 LT, 3000-5000 in Bkk, but I never pay that much.
This is low season, but I did not pay more even in high season.
I always bargain and if she doesn't come lower with prices that means to me that she is too hardened, greedy, whatever. According to my experience these girls' performances hardly worth much money. They are often in a hurry to go to their rooms. They don't care about my satisfaction.

There's always a big market for 500 baht ST's in Pattaya...despite some people clinging to the delusion that somehow we can ALL collude and thereby get stunners in gogo's for that price. Reality is there's a lot of markets within the market...something for pretty much everyone, price-wise.
On that point, I actually know of people paying 20,000 baht for girls out of Fashion Club a couple years back. Shit, I would too, but I just couldn't understand how that place worked so left after like 20 min.
And on another example about different markets for different wallets, I have two memberships in G-clubs in Bangkok. 30,000 baht a piece and no guarantee of getting laid. And I am certainly not the only customer in there - those places are packed with members!
Don't mean to turn this into a diatribe - just giving examples of different markets within the overall market, which is actually exactly the way developed and efficient markets work. I.e. they price discriminate. It's a very simple and unavoidable reality. In fact, it's a good thing!

One of the good things about getting older is that you tend to begin valuing quality over quantity. You're also often in a better position to afford quality. I'm not much concerned with price these days, but I still insist on value for money. And the fact is that you can still get great value here even when spending the kind of kind of money that would give the bottom-feeders apoplexy.

Alas, our actions are always social and never truly 'our business only'. let me say in another words: pattaya is actually a small village, even there are many thousands people living there, even there are some skyscrapers. so if a farang in pattaya overpay an amount, the rumour will reach to almost every working women in pattaya.

I have 70yr old friend pays 3000LT all the time. I never paid more then 2000. And that was twice for stunners who wouldn't budge. I almost always pay 1500 LT. Never a complaint. I'm 51 for the record. I've gotten many girls to come down from 3000 to 1500. Just tell them that's too much, can't do it, don't have it. Many come down easily, if they like you. If they don't they probrably don't like you! I've walked away from many who think they are hot shit(Happy, super b and Babygirls come to mind).
