In Pattaya I met girls with no tattoo who were great PSE in the bed and girls with alot of tattoo who were a starfish. So no logic in combining tattoos with performance IME.

Mr. 77 quoted my previous post about the value of learning the lay of the land before arriving. He quoted the link I provided to purchase a *MAP* of Pattaya for about 270 baht. But obviously he has not done his homework.
If he had purchased the Groovy map, or looked at any online map, he would know it's impossible for any hotel to be "right next" to Soi 6 *and* Walking Street because those places are at opposite ends of town.
It is a basic rule of all online forums that new users are expected to learn as much as possible from SELF-STUDY before asking a question. In some forums there is a Primer or a FAQ that's easy to find. (I'm thinking of the legendary Brockton O'Toole's guide to the Zona Norte in Tijuana.) Not so in this forum. Nobody is going to spoon feed you like a baby.
But you can still learn a lot on your own. Go back 100 pages and read forward, both in this forum and in the forum with hotel reviews. Take notes for future reference. Look up unfamiliar places on Google maps. Put some time and effort into STUDYING.
Eventually you will develop a general idea of how the naughty boy scene in Pattaya operates. You'll learn the locations of the main areas of interest and how to navigate by baht bus or on foot. You'll learn the basics of going with a girl, regardless of where you happen to find her. You'll get a handle on prices, and on how to spend your time when not on the prowl. Yes, this will require some time and effort. Yes, this is a lot like going to school. But there is no substitute. If you just show up and "wing it," you'll make stupid newbie mistakes. You'll waste precious time. You'll pay too much. You may even set yourself up to be taken advantage of in ways large or small.

Just want to add my experience in Patts from two months ago. I booked an Airbnb right near the entrance of walking street, check in was no issue and neither was bringing girls back. If that's not the peak of high season, it's pretty darn close.
You will encounter lots of nighttime traffic on Second Road headed north, especially from Central Festival Mall to Soi 6. Ditto for Beach Road headed south, especially from Hooters to Walking Street. Plenty of gigantic tour buses. Sometimes traffic gets so bad it's faster to walk than take a baht bus. If you're in a hurry the motorcycle taxis are also an option. Lots of traffic on Soi Buakaow as well, so much so that your really have to keep your head up when you walk along the shoulder. Other than those areas, no problems with traffic at all.
You'll notice the Chinese tour groups in two places. They will be traipsing up and down Walking Street at night, of course. But you'll also see them clogging the sidewalks near The Base Condo in the central part of town. I know these knots of people annoy many on the this forum, but I don't have a problem with them. Other than at night on Walking Street, their itinerary does not overlap mine. They go for their early morning speedboat rides and buy overpriced souvenirs. And I do what I do and go where I go. I've never had to wait for a seat in a restaurant or a bar or a go go club. Perhaps the dining room Casa Pascal is more crowded for their most excellent breakfast buffet.
It seems to me there are lots and lots of girls in town at Christmas time. The go go clubs will have full lineups and Soi 6 will be heaving. Most, if not all, of the beer bars in Soi Made In Thailand will be open. My sense is that some girls leave town to ring in the new year elsewhere. But you'll be gone before then.
