in fact the rate for type 1 herpes is higher in the usa than thailand (58% and 51% respectively).

On the other hand, virgins are readily available in AC bars. They are called cherry girls and they wear ID badges to indicate their status. They are expensive and not worth the money IMHO. I was in Bangkok over the weekend.
