It is possible to skip registration, but I wouldn't. Trust me, the desk agents are totally used to it and all very cool with it. The momentary embarrassment you might feel pails in comparison to the consequences, however slim the chances are, of not registering the girl. Trust me, just register the girl. It's for your safety as well. If something happens, now they have a record of her.
2.) ST is usually 1 shot, but you can negotiate. Just ask up front when you are in the bar with her. When you get to talking price, ask what is included and be explicit about what you expect. Be really nice about, but be explicit. Yes, they are independent, so you can negotiate.
3.) You can expect to pay about 1000 AED for short time from a girl from Jules. So might ask for more, or start higher, but roughly 1000 AED for short time. I would suggest starting with ST and then if there is a connection and want her to stay, just ask how much for her to stay. I paid a girl 4000 AED for a few nights, but that was a really long time! In general, I don't do LT unless I have a really great connection with a girl.

Yes it's certainly possible to escape an eye but not advisable. For your own safety do register the girl. She will also likely perform promised services knowing that you're a seasoned pro.
2. ST is generally one round. Some people take 10 minutes to be done and chat the remaining time for they need company more. Girl can leave after the job is done anytime but again YMMV. LT is generally 2 times but it's advisable to state terms and expectations very clearly during the negotiation for time vale and money. Some girls like the company and atmosphere you can offer and they may stay longer and offer more but again YMMV.
3. 600 to 1000 AED for ST. Depends on a lot of factors but primarily your neg. Skills. Long term can vary from 1200 to 3 k. You decide with your big head and most likely you'll not repent later.
