Every girl has her own standards and every customer will choose a girl, with offer that would (theoretically) fulfill his needs. I know girls, who do everything in price of the meeting ( 200PLN) , and girls who expect extra payment for something more than letting customer to put the penis inside vagina in spite of the fact that their price is over 300/1h. There are also girls, who don't offer second time even for extra payment. It is for them uncomfotable, to make long story short. So indeed, the best way I to ask girl face to face on the place, not during phone call, but before giving money. It will reduce the risk of being ripped-off. They should simply receive fair compensation in line with what the market bears, which in my experience in Poland is currently 100-150zl for services including BBBJ and multiple orgasms. I urge the readers to maximize their interest in the same manner providers are looking to maximize theirs. In my 15-years of visiting Warsaw (twice per year. 150+ providers) , I only had five, at most, limit the hour to one pop. I never went back. Again, this should be discussed up front.
