Broadway and Sarab both have that scam type 100 AED reception BS charge if you take the girl between 11 pm to 3 am, but once you become a regular for the girl, she won't ask you for it which tells me it's just BS of course.
Syrians are indeed having visa issues and the journey back is costly too through Amman, Doha or Kuwait.

Just got back from my 3 day short trip to Dubai. Stayed in a Royal Club room at Merdian, classy!
