Back then I thought they were expensive, and they were. At that time GoGo gals were 1 k ST with a 400 or 500 baht BF (less that 40 USD total at the time). Now GoGo gals are approaching the ridiculous. Over 100 USD ST for gal and BF. Nuts. Oilies are now the bargain.
To compare, back in '95 a ST in a TX-MEX border town was 40 USD on average. Now it is 50 USD.
Oily gals tend to have lighter skin, tend to be less "simian" facially, and IMHO are far more mannered and polite. Aside from the PSE shops, you will find gals that are IMHO better looking than the gals in the GoGos. Again, not in the PSE shops, but in some of the other shops along 24/1.

Honestly my budget is quite limited and I mostly spend it in the PSE Oily shops (and mostly just the famous girls, like Ice I just briefly reviewed in the Tulip thread today) or just freelancers at slightly cheaper prices.

Before writing this post I tried to figure out from the account settings how long I have been a member. I was not able to. Point being, I don't post often as I should.

Something happened tonight that I feel I should share so that all reading can beware. I have visited BKK six times in the last 10 months and will continue, due to my job. Then his friend showed up with a 1 x 2 stick that I grabbed and broke in half. I was not pissed, I was just annoyed. I ask him to try again while I was facing him then he ran inside the curtains. The guy whose stick I broke stood there with arms folded with another guy who should up. I asked if he wanted it back and I threw it at him towards his ankles. He ran inside also. The girls around who saw the ordeal had a look of shock on their face. Like that has never happened before. I am an American, but not white nor black. I mix well with all types except Asian. You can't tell with me.

I am more disappointed that pissed off of what happened because I love Thai. Have had hundreds of them. And I would say, "back in the day" 95% of my experiences were quite good. However, the past few years I have not been so fortunate. And I really don't have the patience these days to put up with even a 50% batting average. i do find chiang rai and mai girls to be the most attractive in the country, albeit most are quite short. second for me would be either bkk / central gals or southern girls, who are a bit dark skinned, but have more malay features and fuller figures.
