Why not putting my picture in the picture section?

Well - as I wrote in my report - our Roma Forum is very poor of pics, compared to any one else.
For this reason I wanted to decorate it with this 10 cents immage.

The cause is - my opinion - that most of mongers here don't visit this website wich is almost unknown in Italy.

Who goes with a SW finds difficulties to snap a pic after an intercourse in the car in a dark street in the night or even if they go into a hotel room, who goes around with a camera in the pocket?

Roma is no goal for sexual tourism like Brazil or Costa Rica or Africa so a photo activity linked to sexual performances is unusual.

In spite of the frequent incursions of the police, here in Rome is a plenty of East European SW.

At the moment Romania and Moldavia have the top of presence.

Just read my posted reports in this last year and the others' to know about the road situation.

I took one day off my business trip in Rome, I want just to report about it. If you do not want to read all this long report of my day, I summarize here the essential points:

Stay away from so-called “Club-Privee”, or “Nights Clubs” in Rome… Italy is no Germany or Holland. Beside very rare exceptions (of which I only heard about), you won’t have real action in these places. Just some chatting, dancing, that will be all. These places are basically rip-off.

Contacting a pro you read about in the net, may be not so easy as it looks. Best is to call them in the morning and try to reach their places quickly. Taxi can be an option. If they are cute (or at least if they look cute in their home pages !) they will be busy and difficult to reach; and even once you catch one and agree to meet, they might change their mind quickly. While you move to reach their place, they may be already busy with somebody else…do not expect professionalism in Rome.

So here starts my story. I landed in Rome at late evening, I used Airfrance and they lost my luggage. I spent two hours in the Fiumicino airport, discussing with the Alitalia staff (now it seems Airfrance is with Alitalia, I can’t tell which is worse here…) about my luggage, anyway this is another story.

Stay safe, stay away from SW in Italy.

So I examined the Rome section of [url]www.puntorosso.net[/url] and [url]www.italiachiamami.com[/url]. I have to admit that many of the providers there looked rather bad-looking to me, anyway I selected few telephone numbers, the best four lets say, considering their look and their area.

After spending the night studying these girls sites, wsgforum and Rome map in [url]www.yahoo.it[/url], the next morning about 11 o’clock I went out with my list of telephone numbers. Of course if you are staying in a Hotel you can just call from your room.

I bought some years ago a portable phone in Italy, you can walk in a mobile shop pay 100 euro and walk out with a working phone in Italy. I used that to call the girls while I was strolling around in the center.

My list was Barbara (spanish), Valeria (Italian), Natalia (Bulgarian), and Hathsa (russian). These were the 4 numbers I had with me.
Called first Hathsa, she sounded very sweet, I spoke Italian with her, I have good command. It was clear she was Russian, everything sounded good, we agreed for “one hour 100 euro”, but when it was the moment to ask her where to go, it turned out she does only out-calls, I said I was at a friend place, she asked me to choose a hotel and she would reach me there, but I turned it down and called Valeria. She sounded Italian, for sure she speak very good English because she switched to English soon. She sounded a little irritable, it was not clear how much she wanted, she said 150 euro, then I negotiated to 100, but when I asked how long I can stay with her she said 300 euro for one hour… (!!) So I asked again how long would be my 100 euro and she sounded kind-of irritated by my questions… she sounded something like “well don’t you trust me ? With 100 euro you will be satisfied, that’s it, do not bother me with asking me all these details”… not so friendly. Anyway, I was horny enough to accept that, we agreed and I asked here where to go, she accept in-calls. She told me the underground stop where to get off and told me to call her again from there. Now listen to this: I asked her WHEN shall I reach her. She said “no problem any time is OK just call me from the metro stop, and I will tell you where to go”. Fine, everything was set !

It was about 11:30, her place is 45 minutes from the center, so I arrived there about 13:30, in order to give her time for lunch, everything stops in Italy at lunch time, so I though was polite to give her some time. Bad mistake. When I called from the Metro station, no answer. Ok, she could be busy for a moment, or could be with another customer. Wwent to a big mall area near there (it is called cinecitta’ mall), looking at shops and waiting. I was calling often and getting pissed off. No answer whatsoever.

However, after calling so often my mobile battery were dying out, I had to go back in the mall, bought a telephone card and called from a public phone. Around me was noisy (there is always noise around you in Rome), near the telephones there were old ladies chatting, it was a little embarrassing to negotiate with Natalia. Even if I was at the second floor of a mall, there was some loud constructions going on around me, I could not understand what Natalia was saying and vice versa, we spoke English then Italian then. Was now about 17:00, went to an internet point nearby, checked out again puntorosso.net and italiachiamami sites. These places suck because people is walking around you and they can see your screen. However, I took some more number. Went out and called them… no chance, all “not reachable” or “answering machine is full” messages. Accordingly to these sites, the majority of girls operate during the day, up to 20:00 or so. So I guessed 17:00 was already pretty late.

Just went back to the office.

I had my evening with my friends, actually that was much better than the rest of the day. At 22:30 I was free again from them, I decided to visit one of the so called “Privee-Clubs” I found listed in this forum. The Pigalle, just because it is located very near where I was, in Viale Umilta’ 77.

Went there about 22:30. With my surprise, I didn’t pay anything at entrance, no girl inside, just opening time. The clerk there was very polite, I tried to ask about the activities there, he said that the place is basically a strip show club. You can talk and dance with the girls but that’s it. This is in disagreement with reports in wsgforum where Pigalle was listed among as Privee-Clubs, where action should be involved.

Some girls were coming in, and I began to chat with one of them, a Romanian called Sabrina, she was pretty nice. I was thinking the clerk could not tell all the truth because organized prostitution is prohibited in Italy, so I talked to the girl, but she confirmed that nothing happens in the club. The small “Privee” rooms (sort of) are for chatting, that’s it. She told me that often people ask for hand jobs or so, but they have to refuse. I guess in these bars you can convince a pro or semi-pro to go out with you, reach an hotel and have sex there… well… does not mean too much to me. Economically not for sure, every twenty minutes you talk with a girl is 20 euro and every drink is 10 euro (even if she doesn’t want to drink, every 20 minutes or so, a guy come and put a drink on her table. That’s on you. Even, a lady came and gave her sweets and cigarettes, then she asked ME 10 euro). This is how it works in these clubs, and time flies fast in there... I chatted with the Rumanian girl one hour, she chain-smoked on me, talked a lot and danced a little. After an hour I was out of there, 90 euro.

I really do not understand the meaning of these places. If you want to enjoy the evening you have to stay few hours, you are going to spend 100 euro per hour only to be there. Where is the fun, the nude show ? Chatting with the girls…? I don’t think so. If your goal is to get laid with a pro, you can find them anywhere else.

Anyway that was my day… sorry it was pretty uncool, but hope you find some useful info for your next trip in Rome. Nice town, pretty unique atmosphere, however for girls and related stuff I was not impressed.

Only to share my understanding. I would say that SW are the only way to go if you can speak italian. other wise you get ripped off.

And it is my understanding prosisution is legal only to practice, as you said alone. In a club it is not alowed because the owners would be profiting from the action same as a pimp if there would be a differance. I have even heard that people that rented there apartments to prostitutes can get in trouble.

I am also thinking that it is very possiable that the russians in the apartments are also having some problems with imigration maybe student visas but i would doubt even that I would think it could even be some of the same girls that are working on the street later around 10 or 11.

In curiousity mood I was today in Suburra that is the place mentioned some posts below where you can find SW in Rome downtown.
First one historic note, the location is exactly the same populated by the poorer since imperial age and has alwasy been infamous for brothels and generally considered a 'bad' neighborhood. That makes 2500 years of business establishment but have to say things are quite changed nowadays.
The area ais quite nice with bistros galeries and antiques but the sex offer is quite limited in choice and quality.

Mid October I was in Rome at the Sheraton Rome in the EUR area.
