On the first pages there is a lot of 'erotic massage' and they clearly state they do not offer full sex (just the hand job). Also you need to speak Lithuanian or Russian to them. But that's where you'll find, sometimes, value for money. A few might speak English. Otherwise try the escort sites, but there's a lot of false adverts there, so beware. The few genuine ones, will charge 150 Euros per hour, which compared to the skelbiu sites is expensive. Lastly, there is a few dating sites, where the girls offer themselves for 'material support'. The best one is xxxpazintys. But here the girls are beautiful but choosy and expensive. Also, if you hang around the squares in the center and Gedimino street, you might see some young woman hanging around by herself, obviously bored. If she smiles to you, then most likely she's a prostitute, but no harm in chatting to her and find out! But again most likely she'll be expensive.
I was in Madrid a few years ago, I enjoyed the abundant prostitute / escort scene available there, very much. For 60 euros (half an hour) you could get beautiful Brazilian or Spanish girls in comfortable brothels. Very civilized, no scams and hot / passionate women. Quite frankly, Lithuania couldn't more the opposite!

Now and then I check this forum about Lithuania, as I might come back some day. Just for fun I did my search 'skelbimas' and 'pazintys' on google, and got the most popular ad website for erotic massages and sex. (I can't give the exact address, but it's one of the most popular ad websites in Lithuania, and it's the first or second on the google list).
As usual, the first pages were overwhelmingly erotic massage. Judging by the photos, super hot young women who clearly state in Lithuanian, no sex, just happy ending (as if happy ending isn't a sex act!
For some one who like me, likes the full sexual intercourse, it's kind of demoralizing. But reading through, page after page, I came across ads of women willing to go all the way. Two in the first page. Women offering full sex, increased the more I read through each page of adverts. By the time I had reached the fifth page I counted sixteen women offering sexual intercourse in Vilnius. Sure, the quality varied. From young beauties to overweight middle aged women. A few photos were fakes. The drawback from my experience when I lived in Vilnius, is that most speak little or no English, and have little patience with poor speakers of Lithuanian or Russian.
A recent development, is the arrival of foreign (Brazilian?) transvestites, who advertise in English! They stay a short while, and then (most likely) move to other East European cities. I always thought Lithuania was a bad market for trannies, but it seems a few Lithuanian men are willing to spend money for these expensive male prostitutes. For foreigners, I suggest you get your taxi driver to speak to the girls (you'll have tip him), also get him to drive you there, because it won't be in the center. And it's hell to understand the numbering system and addresses in these sprawling urban blocks of flats north of the center (where most likely you'll go).

My opinion. Situation in Lithuania.
I think you're looking at it from the wrong end of the stick. It's because of the low wages that escort girls charge so much. Going with a couple of clients per week (at 200 to 300 Euros per meeting) is enough to live comfortably in Lithuania. Because girls take it as an extra job, or price themselves for the local wealthy men, they don't want to have too many clients. Every woman has the right to price herself as highly as she wants. It means Lithuanian beautiful working women are for the local elite. But the real problem is the lack of demand, especially from the mid level market (average duds).
I've just come back from Madrid, Spain. I was amazed of the huge number of escorts / prostitutes there. Most working indoors, some in well organised / comfortable brothels. And why is it like that there? Partly the high unemployment, but mainly the huge demand there is for these girls from the local male population (and increasingly tourists too). The attitude of a Spanish man is, good if I can fuck a girl tonight, if not there's always the putas around the corner in a semi luxury brothel (and not expensive). The attitude of a Lithuanian man is, good if I can fuck a girl tonight, if not I'm not going waste money on a back up escort / prostitute.
Of course, the opening up of the EU Labour market in 2004, worsened the working girls numbers in Lithuania, as many left for legitimate jobs or as escorts. I also suspect, that Lithuanian women are not as passionate as Spanish ones, I know it's a horrible stereotype, - but the more you like people / men, the more you don't mind, even having sex with a total stranger. I can see it from from the way waitresses behave. Spanish ones always chatty and friendly / Lithuanian ones un-smiling coldly efficient.
