While by no means would I suggest going to Macau for LBFMs it is quite possible to get a GFE LBFM experience in Macau. With Macau so short staffed right now they are importing a fair bit of overseas labour. There are a number of whom work in Saunas (not as the girls you screw but more on the organizing/cleaning side) or as domestic helpers. They tend to gather by the water fountain in the square on their days off and can often be found in hanging around Lan Kwai Fong (yes the bar district in Macau like Hong Kong is called Lan Kwai Fong) or on the western side of DD's Disco. (DD Disco is like say Laguna on a Sunday except it is busy late at night - there are two rooms to the discos - one side generally occupied by westerners and the other by chinese. Many of the ladies partying there work in the saunas/night clubs and go there after work).
I have had a couple LBFMs provide very good GFE in Macau - simply ladies I picked up when I had no intention of picking anyone up (otherwise I would have been in a sauna/nightclub), and both were free, they were simply horny.

I tried the place on the first floor. It's cleaner than KPressure and the mama was effusively friendly and giggly as she read the tariffs in English off a post-it note. I got my beer and the line-up arrived. Six girls, all brought in at once. And damn, it's true. They were streets ahead of the munters and shunters at KPressure. One girl was simply outstandingly perfect for my personal tastes: her name was Kaka, she was from Yunnan, she had flawless skin and was pleasingly short and plump. Not in any way fat, you understand. Just meaty in the way that HK girls generally aren't.
Service was good. Long shower; BBBJ; FS in several positions. Kaka made a game attempt at anal too but luck was not on our side (i.e I'd had a couple of beers beforehand). Finished up inside, rested, and then Kaka performed a spectacular BBBJCIM second shot. Only problem with this one is she does try to go bareback - once in the shower and once again on the bed - and it takes a little effort to persuade her to stop and apply the bag. Found this Jan. 21, 2007 report by Idler31 through the "Reports of Distinction" section of the Hong Kong board, and found it to be the best summary description of 37 Dundas St. available, Thanks to Idler31, I stopped by there just over a week ago and had a great time. See, it pays to RTFF!
Stopped by on a Friday evening around 10 p.m. and walked up one floor from street level to the spa located there. The mamasan quoted only one price, 490 HK dollars for everything, brought me a glass of water, then asked that I wait. Five minutes later, four cuties walked in, all were at least 6's or 7's, and all appeared to be in their early 20s. I chose the tallest, thinnest girl and was not disappointed. Paid the mamasan the $490 and up the stairs we went, to the "hotel" two floors higher.
The young lady's name was Mei-Yee, from Shao yang, claimed to be 24 but could have passed for a couple of years younger. The session was the most GFE and therefore best session I've ever had in Hong Kong. Took a chance and did some DATY, which surprised her but which she definitely enjoyed, and which made the rest of the hour even better.

If your talking about sauna packages for Macau, get them on the third level of the Shun Tak Centre (Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal) in Central.
If possible try to get your China visa stateside at one of the Chinese embassies.

Your best bet is Fenwicks in Wanchai.

We generally prefer newbies to RTFF. Announcing yourself as a newbie does not give you a free ride. Neuromancer did answer all your questions and he decided to have a little fun with you at the end. All could have been avoided if you had RTFF at the first place. As for the bus ride, the best of the British humour is often wasted on Americans.

Report on odd exploits are fun at times, but it is "all this other topics" (sic), with the general info on places and prices -- which some newbies manage to find and some dont, despite Jackson's best efforts -- which make this forum a good one.

I think it's been around for a few years and the reason why I say this is because there are some girls advertised on the site that aren't around anymore and haven't been for a long long time. Plus most of the girls only have one photo attached to their profile, which I guess is better than nothing but you'd get up to 8 photos in the ****** or best161 sites. Others include 161sex.com and lady168.com but it seems the only ones that advertise hotel girls are the first two mentioned earlier. There have got to be at least a couple thousand providers out there (ok, if not a couple thousand, then at least one thousand). With a population of about 7 million, that works out to about 0. 14-0. 28% density. Seems like a small number percentage-wise, but actually quite large if you think about it. In the US with a population of 300 million, would be the equivalent of 43-86 thousand providers. Enough to fill a medium sized town.

Re: Macau saunas... yep... pretty much what to expect. Only been to 18, so don't have a ton of reference points, but you can head over there and can almost guarantee that you won't be disappointed (so long as you prefer China Dolls and not darkies or domestic helpers, ie. maids)
