Went for my second visit to Book store spa. Unfortunately it was very busy today and just got 1 therapist free that too after waiting 20 mins. It was Miss A (I), NE girl. In this business of P2P there are 3 agencies at work. - 1st is Girl who provides the raw material, 2nd is the agent who maintains her in the city by paying per day money x no. However there is market cap based on clients earnings which causes exertion by agents on girls to cater to larger no of clients per day to earn back their investment. Girls have right to quit and turn independent but in that case the all above risks are hers and that's quiet difficult to handle and hence rarely girls opt for this unless they have another steady income job. Even if she turns independent, she still needs 3rd agency I. E. Broker to receive calls on her behalf.
