They mean that out of 100 girls that put any effort to please you, 90 are Haitians.
My record of experiences in Sosua is that 100% of the Haitians I have been with have given me good service. With Dominicans it is far lower.
Authorities closed down Blue Ice yesterday, I have no intel on the reason but it was being guarded like Fort Knox with two thugs from Policia National when I went by.
True that on your unwritten rule about multiple visits to a mongering destination. Your Guadalajara comment is interesting, a mongering spot? I learn something new every day.
TTM.
Read my two Guadalajara trip reports and GoneFishin's many excellent contributions in that forum. Throw in beautiful weather and dining at affordable, high-quality restaurants that would easily cost a small fortune in the United States and Europe, and you'll be eager to book hotel and airfare to GDL.
Not spoken like a guy who's ever mongered in Brazil hehehe!
Heheheheh, true! I visited Rio de Janeiro in mid-2015 but didn't monger. My Brazil visa is still valid for a few more years so I definitely need a return trip to that country sooner rather than later.
I heard Pica Flora was also closed. Any truth?
Pica Flora is indeed closed according to a brother I know on the scene. Don't know when it closed I never went there. But as I stated in my last post the goal is to minimize to the tiddle the current scene. A change is a comin'. Will it last? Your guess is as good as mine. I never envisioned a world without Help Discoteca. Now this!
Peace,
Add city lights to the list.
My friend on ground said they took several women from Elvis's place along with a couple of his vehicles and arrested his wife at.
Her home supposedly he stopped the payoffs who knows.
Blue Ice.
City lights.
Pica flora. All closed.
The cops showed up military style with M-16's.
Give it a couple weeks everything will be back to normal Hopefully.
Just received a text from a waitress she state city lights will be open tonight it was only close for one night.
I heard Pica Flora was also closed. Any truth?
They deserve that shit if you ask me. Preying on unknowing mongers that got more money than they know what to do with. I was just talking to a girl that sells lotto tickets. She says she makes $140 per month and that a good salary in DR is $300 per month. Meanwhile mfs at Pica Flor charging $200 for 2 pops. Pica Flor. I guess it is back to cleaning floors for that jackleg crew.
There was a report not long ago by a guy who thought Pica was the best place in Sosua his buddy did not care to see black guys in the clubs. What ever floats your boat.

I heard from a brother that Pica Flor, Blue ice and City lights were all raided by the police last week sounds lime a bit of a crackdown. Let's hope it doesn't last too long.
I guess it is back to cleaning floors for that jackleg crew.
Difficult to live on domestic's wages after earning big money in Pica Flor and Blue Ice. More likely they will be on the streets in Sosua and some to Barba Negra or FoD (now Oasis). Anyway, good news for mongers. More choice elsewhere for the knowing monger, while newbies with more money than sense will no longer be ripped off.
I heard from a brother that Pica Flor, Blue ice and City lights were all raided by the police last week sounds lime a bit of a crackdown. Let's hope it doesn't last too long.
Here's a link to the news story:
http://detrasdelrumor.com.do/sosua-procuraduria-ordena-el-cierre-de-varios-negocios-y-apresa-a-alias-el-peje/
And here's an (imperfect) Google Translate version of the story:
"Sosa. Procuradura orders the closing of several businesses and captures alias EL PEJE.
Last Friday night an intense operation led by Attorney Titular Attorney Osvaldo Bonilla, culminated in the closure of several businesses and the arrest of their representatives.
Among the businesses closed is Bar Restautar Picaflor, located on the main street of the tourist sector Playa Laguna, the referred business far from being a bar or restaurant is a prostitution business where more than a hundred women offer sexual services in exchange of money, in some cases in rented villas that includes these services.
Elvis Beatand, alias El Peje, owner of Picaflor was immediately arrested.
While in the El Batey sector, the Blue Icc Piano Bar was closed and a woman identified only as Rosalba was arrested.
The morning of today several soldiers with long arms can be seen in the premises, guarding the place.
In addition to Judge Bonilla, prosecutors Pascual, Warlin and Maciel Pea participated, as well as prosecutors from Santo Domingo, as reported, as well as members of the Dominican Army and the Air Force. ".
Remember, the Sosuanews and DR1 websites are (usually) a great way to cross-check any breaking news on Sosua that pops up in the Sosua forum.
These over-the-top raids and closures using soldiers and cops chasing WGs down Pedro Clisante always happen in the summer when there are few tourists in town. Come Fall and Winter, everything will (probably) be back to normal and there'll be more pussy than you can shake your dick at walking down Pedro Clisante.
