Obviously not all girls are like that in low end places but you can find them, also the avarage girl in Nuevo Leon is prettier or hotter than in other parts of MX (similar to what happens in Jalisco or Sinaloa).

Really cannot tell you which one would have more pretty girls as they are not my places but I would bet the enviroment is better and safer in those MP's rathern than in the Matehuala.
