This is the wrong place to post regarding Thailand but after seeing so many posts saying how Indians are not welcome I have to clarify regarding my experience in Thailand. Thailand tourism industry is supported by Indians to a lot of extent. I have been to Thailand three times and never felt the discrimination. In fact the girls I have been with told me that they prefer Indian men because they are gentle, tip them well and don't force them to do things which they don't like.

Off course a big group draws bad attention because of the loudness and manners but if we dress and act properly we are never discriminated mostly.

Last month when I was in bkk a lot of bars in nana and soi cowboy did not allow me to enter stating it was for members only. This was when I was alone, decently dressed and not even drunk. So definitely looks like some discrimination happens. . but its still and awesome place and most bars treat you well.
