Actually, you bring up an interesting point about the empty promises tactic, BananaBoi. Maybe my sh1tty service percentages would go way down if I did employ some of those tactics you mentioned! I know some guys operate that way, but I don't. Like you, I hate that kind of thing.
The only item in your list I will cop to is taking my regulars and repeats to decent restaurants that might cost fairly close to an average Thai wage per day for their meal. Say around 300-400 baht for their meal. Talking about places no more expensive or extraordinary than, say, Monsoon on Soi 8 or Margarita Storm on Sukhumvit Soi 13. Maybe stop at Swensen's afterwards. But that is because I want to eat there, not really to impress them. LOL. Not that it would anyway.
More often than not, those girls would rather get somtam from a street vendor. And we do that as much as the other places. We still might stop at a McDs for a chocolate dipped ice cream cone though!

In the discos nobody has on a nametag that says I work at such and such gogo. 9.9 times out of 10 I don't even find this out until the next day when she says something like I have to work today. Then naturally I ask where do you work. Then she is like such and such gogo, dentist office, or wherever the hell else.
I choose who I like. I have no concern or add no extra points because someone works at a certain place. In a facebook group that I am in some guys wanted to know if anyone has ever fucked one of the waitresses that works at Hooters.
