Make a try on the Pumps, a disco right beside Ayala mall. They start late, maybe 10pm is ok to go there. Here and Juliana, the key is to be in good mood, smile, talk and have fun. I have experienced good girls approach. At least, along the bar, some of the not so good one, are waiting for customers. If you are done inside, you may even approach girls and friends sitting at the tables outside. Just be fun, and they might want you to sit down.

I have taken some girls from these two places. They tend to be quite friendly and stay overnite, then they expect tip/payment if you did not already agree on that. 1000-1500 peso should be ok.

But be careful with all the LB (ladyboys) in and outsid Juliana. Some signs of that is big hands, big feet, and deep voice (pretending couching to hide).

If you are into it, dont forget to ask the drivers about where to find SW or houses. But I would avoid gate 3 / vanilla. And do never let the driver pay the girl or the pimps, they take a huge cut. I pay directly to the girls (and I even let the girls pay her pimp) and have avoided a lot of trouble. SW price 500-700 for ST, just you tell them that you know this is the going price, not the 1500 they ask you if you are a foreigner.

I agree with the below posts, Pump disco is good, try also Paseo and sunflower, give a round trip to all these places and you should hook up with girls pretty easily.

The KEY is you should know how to dance, it doesn't matter if you hip hop and turn around on your head :D...just shake that thing, don't be shy.

You can only get girls most of the time, when you shake it, just simply sitting and drinking beer and watching girls wont bring her to you.

If you in Manila, you can check padis point in malate and also Nirvana bar for pick up, pretty much all dance clubs are for the taking here.

To get rid of shyness and dance with courage i use the age old technique of alcohol :) it should get you going.

I dont think money is needed unless she is a hooker and the longer you stay here in PH, you would easily make up if she is a hooker in club or a regular girl...but still you can be a gentleman pay for her taxi or buy her dinner etc. Its all cool here no worries as long as you have money.

Thanks for adding that BL. It's such an obvious thing I didn't think to mention it, but, yes, you have to dance to have fun / meet people in these places.

BL recommends take a friend, but many barfines would be happy to go with you. That might be a way to introduce yourself to the place, but you might run into the problem I had...

I was at Sunflower (weekday) with a HotRod barfine. Her dancing was a bit of the slinky, make-love-to-herself dance, which was a bit weird. Half the time she wasn't keeping to the beat. I was having a blast nevertheless.

Sunflower: large place with good live bands, DJ in between sets, laser lights, fake fog. It has a second deck overlooking the band, but this area is usually closed on weekdays. Entrance is 150 (gets you two drinks). Tables are set perpendicular to the stage with red naugahyde benches (sofas???) on each side -- neither tables, nor benches can be moved. These rows are eight deep. The waiters are pretty good about roaming around and on my last visit the beers were cold. The toilet is in the back and this is where bakla sometimes hang out.

Okay, back to my story... I was dancing with a petite HR barfine with almost 100% certainty that she would be with me all night (she was). There was a pair of young ladies dancing together and I never saw anyone hit on them, and they never danced with anyone but themselves. One of them was very cute and she kept looking my way. We made contact and exchanged smiles several times on the dance floor. What's a guy to do?

My date and I were seated in the 4th row and customers thinned out considerably about the 5th row back from the stage (weekday - not weekend!). The two ladies were sitting about the 6th or 7th row, which would make conversation fairly easy -- 'cept I have a date already. My date is cute, but she has an expiration date...like sometime after sunrise. And I almost always prefer the challenge of a hunt.

I kept looking for a chance to drop my card on her table or while passing her on the way to the toilet. Unfortunately that chance never came.

The moral of the story is that love can be found at sunflower -- especially if you can dance the dance. Oh, get ready for a lot of Black Eyed Peas. One of the members was born in Philippines, so they are really popular there.

Anyway, sorry for the overly long story about the big fish that got away.

X'man, I had a similar problem last year in sunflower but i was with friends, i just could not pass on the message to the girls, it was my earliest hunt, but with four or five drinks and having gotten drunk, new ideas came by which were kinda old but i became brave. :)

I passed the message to the waiter that im interested to talk to the girl and if it is ok with her, i could get her mobile number.

The waiter went to and forth and passed the message, like she is busy, may be next time etc, but i did manage to get numbers on other occasions from girls there but they were semi pro..now with more experience i apply the direct dance approach.

The only problem in Cebu is its a small place and you have a real danger of meeting the same girls many times over in the same place if one lives in for some months unless off course he takes breaks and gets out of cebu.

Thats the reason i moved to manila once i thought of going with regular girls, but i still like cebu very much and would move in back hopefully.

I founded out all. And I really want to share with you guys.

Water Front is giving rooms for 3.200 peso which is $66 not over $200 as on their hotel web site. Also, after 10PM if you bring the girl. They will charge $17 (these includes buffet breakfast)

I am also, going to Famous " Shangri-La's Mactan Resort & Spa" and they have a such thing as Local Price and it starts from $134, so tell your girls to make a reservations otherwise ending up paying non- local price which is over $200!

And please some one share more action info on this CEBU sites?

Just a heads up. I went to Sunflower last week on a Friday night with a regular girl and was denied entrance unless I bought a pair of 400 pesos socks. We were dressed very nice, and I just had on flipflops. I wasn't too worried about the 400 peso's, but I'm not wearing socks with flip flops. So we went to Juliana and had a great time as always. Will wear my regular shoes with socks next time.
