I've searched the forum but can't find out if the Rennaisance is girl friendly?
Try spelling it right. One N only. Two S.
But the answer is yes, it is girl-friendly. And a great hotel.
Brothers,
Heading to BKK, party of 4; is there any hotel similar to the penthouse in Pattaya:
http://www.penthousehotel.com/photos_pictures_images_videos-babylon_spa_party_triplex_suite_room_accommodation-penthouse_pattaya_beach_party_hotel_three_couples_swingers_best_kept_secrets_walking_street_soi_pattayafunland_girls_bachelors_parties.html
The idea is that we could have 4 separate rooms, interconnected, and a common area to eat, drink, and party with the girls being brought in. At the end of the night, we could descend to each of our rooms for happy endings.
I don't mind paying a little more; just wondering if such a hotel existed?
Good luck!
That's pretty much difficult also just looking for an apartment with 4 bedrooms. Maybe a presidential suite or royal suite (for real chief of state) in a top hotel.

Try the Center Point group of serviced apartments. Have had 3 bedroom suites in the past at various locations, didn't inquire if they had larger or not.

Hotels near Airport
Dear Bros,
I would be in BKK for one night in the 3rd week of May. Can someone suggest a GF hotel near the airport area where the girls are also around.
-
Cheap hotel
Maxim-inn on Suk7/1 will perfectly suits you!
I'm going to be in Bangkok on the 9th for a few days at the most and am looking for a decent place on a tight budget. Since it will not be for that long, I can swing paying a little extra if there is nothing in the range I'm looking for. I've checked through the forums as well as the listing of girl friendly hotels that was linked to but have drawn a bit of a blank.
My only real requirement, aside from it not being a shithole, is decent WIFI (I'll have less than a week to fill out my income taxes but hope to bang it out in a day).
Even though it is well out of the range I posted, I am thinking about staying at Majestic because of positive comments.
Your best bet is to stay in Sukhumvit and there are loads of options which you can explore on the forum. Sine you have a full night you can make good use of it by staying in the area and having multiple options.

Thomson Residence
That's pretty much difficult also just looking for an apartment with 4 bedrooms. Maybe a presidential suite or royal suite (for real chief of state) in a top hotel.
I was quoted 1 Week stay =5, 900Baht / Night at the Thomson Residence for 4 bedroom:
Each unit consists of:
-1 living room. 1 dining room. 1 full size kitchen. 1 master bedroom. 1.
Double bedroom. 2 twin bedroom. 4 bathrooms.
-Wireless broadband internet access, in-room safe, satellite TV, full size.
Kitchen facilities, washing / dryer machine and DVD / Hi-Fi player.
-Dimensions of 220 sqm / 2368 sqft.
I'm not sure if the location is desirable (safety, close to action, convenience) :
Thomson Residence & Hotel.
42 Bangna-Trad Soi 4,
Bangna-Trad Road, Bangna,
Bangkok. 10260 Thailand.
This is probably classified as a serviced apartment, not a hotel. Is there any difference between the two in terms of overall experience? Girl-friendly?
Muchos appreciated, brothers.

Muchos appreciated, brothers.
I've stayed in served apartments and they functioned like a hotel.
Here's what I would do;
Tell them what you plan and see what they say. Consider what it will be like for the guys who get the rooms with a twin bed. Verify that the location is good for you. Someone else can probably tell you more specifically but I think Bangna is pretty far south of the action. I've used the skytrain to get close and still did a 15 minute taxi ride after that. It might not work well for shuttling girls to the big event.
But maybe other serviced apartments closer in to Sukhumvit will have a similar setup.
Let us know.

Thanks frank
Huh? You go from the Hansar to S31? Dude, save yourself the Hassle, S31 ain't that great. Stick to the Hansar. If you want to be in the soi 31 Area, I would book a Unique place called the Eugenia. Or completely opposite side of Sukh is the MA DU ZI, funky place a worth a look

In terms of time spent getting to the hotel, there really isn't that much of a difference between the airport area (except for Novotel) and Sukhumvit. You can get to Sukhumvit in 30 minutes from the airport, whereas getting to hotels near the airport is still 10 minutes or so. I would highly recommend spending the extra 20 minutes or so for a guaranteed good time.

Thanks frank
S31 is definitely GF and I have stayed there a couple of times. They have a huge bed that is about 9 meters in width which is great if you intend to bring 2-3 girls for a good time. I do think that it is definiteky worth checking it out.

Big Bed
A bed that is 9 metres wide is really huge. What is the size of the room then?
