Thanks.[/QUOTE]I definitely don't recommend BB with Thai hookers, or any hookers. But 200 milligrams of doxycycline after the deed could be a good idea. A doctor once prescribed 30 days of doxycycline for me for malaria prevention, so I suspect it's OK to take it occasionally. I've taken a one gram dose of azithromycin after fucking a civilian (nonpro) when I was afraid of taking something back to the girlfriend. These may work for chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis.

You should get the Hepatitis B and, perhaps depending on age, HPV vaccines. You could look into PREP for HIV if you're on the paranoid side.

My go to antibiotic is Ciprofloxacin. I use it for any suspected infections.

But not as a post-coital preventative, since I would be taking it all the time.

Thanks.[/QUOTE]Ok, rape victims are given an injection of Ceftriaxone + 1000 MG of Azythromicyn. Since you plan to self medicate you can go for the second best is available in any pharmacy: 800 MG of Cefixime + 1000 MG of Azythromicyn. Nearly as good.

Otherwise Doxycycline 200 MG post exposure will reduce the risk of infection, but only marginally for Gonorreah.

But don't forget Teno-EM pre exposure as HIV MUST be considered in Thailand.

Honestly, for newbies, the best idea would be to visit one of the Pulse clinic the day you Land in the Big Brothel.

Whatever claims being made about [B]BBFS[/B] are based on individual results. They cannot use those experiences to project into a population that all girls provide [B]BBFS[/B] in Thailand. Some people take it for months at a time. It doesn't typically cause problems.

People who are pregnant or allergic to tetracyclines shouldn't take it.

Trial results show doxycycline COULD be effective for syphilis and chlamydia if taken as a single 200-milligram dose within 72 hours after unprotected sex. Results for gonorrhea are mixed.

It's no longer recommended for most active STD infections due to antibiotic resistance.

Last I read was that 200mg of doxycycline might reduce the chance of
infection to about half for some common stds. Even though highly adverse to taking medicine
I have therefor been been popping it after every condomless encounter,
which is going to mean pretty much daily for a month.
The fact that it seems to be mostly prescribed for treating acne, and thus probably rather safe, is an added attraction,
though if anyone has newer info/links, that would of course be interesting to read.

I realize there is inherent risk with sex workers and I do intend to practice it, but I cannot deny there is a temptation to do it raw. Are there some options that are less risky than others?
