1. I actually spoke to 2 of the girls who confirmed what I said.
2. I did not list a time, so I am unsure how you know when I was there.
3. I came in the next day and actually saw another group of big dudes, so it is not uncommon for them to go to BA 85; there is no law against it. Thus, I am again unsure that you were there when I was there.
4. I heard one of the guys make a comment to the effect that he had been there previously.
5. I heard every word they said over the loud music, thus they were speaking loud.
6. I think you have a slight comprehension issue. Obviously, my post implies that the size of the men was an issue. Why would you repeat the same thing?

Hi guys!

I will be in Rio from December to March and I will organize some semi-private stag parties. I am always looking for appropriate locations which must be able to give room to at least 12 people and have some soft flooring (thick carpet, ...) of at least 3x3m. A really oversized bed would do as well and a gym with sports mats would also be o.k.

1. It is too much of a coincidence that a guy who flamed me a few months ago is in the same casa, same floor, at the same time as the one he flamed. Plus, it was fairly early!
2. Your reply was way too general and only restated what I said. If you had only added some information it might have been believable!
3. When I said BA85 was gringoized I was joking. It is still unusual to see gringo mongers there let alone be in there with a flamer like you on the same floor early in the morning! Slim - on a personal note, I don't require proof or even graphic accounts. But since you are someone who has (in your words), 'been to Rio about 20 times since 2002,' a report of some kind would be quite nice don't you think?

It can all seem a bit blasé if you have read all the reports and feel there is not much new to add when you visit somewhere yet again. I personally don't need to have graphic accounts of people's action, though many forum members do enjoy this, and it gives flavour.

Can I suggest you put in at least one report. The things I like to know are where, when, how much you paid, the services offered, and whether you felt it was good value for money. Maybe throw in some small recognisable details about the location that have not been mentioned before - this, for me, not only adds some colour, but for others as well it shows you were actually there, which is a reasonable enough thing to want. Describing, for instance, the less-than-obvious shower facilities is both more helpful and more convincing than saying you happened to see a celebrity in Help, or that you saw people of a certain description in BA.

The purpose of the forum after all, is to help one another. Chat is nice. But it is sometimes a good idea to ask before posting, 'How will this post I'm making help other mongers?' I'm not being antagonistic. And writing is not everyone's forté, much less writing technicolor descriptions in porn style. But a small contribution of some kind, as opposed to a comment, would be reasonable wouldn't you say?

Since BA85 is the topic, here's some pics that illustrate the abyss of difference between the 2nd floor and the other floors.

The 'lens flare' effect on the second floor photos [i](the 2 on the left)[/i] is added affectionately to protect her identity, but the photos were taken in almost complete darkness (light bulbs being frequently outside the budget apparently). The flash of the camera illuminates the graffitied, makeshift walls.

Compare that to the properly lit, nice panelled cubicles of the 1st and 4th floors. They are not 4x4 standards or anything - the sessions are less than a tenth of the price of that establishment - but there is world of difference between them and those of the 2nd floor.

Asked why she chose to work on the 2nd the well-discussed 'R' told me that it was a quick turnover. She made more money. Who wants to hang about in such a cubicle??

There is rarely a difference in price between the floors. Maybe 5R at the most. Or you maybe get quoted different minimum session times (anything from 10mins up, with the fee adjusted proportionately).

Yes, 3rd pic from left is Paloma on the 4th floor bar. The blonde girl is Patricia on the 1st floor bar. All BA85. But as I'm sure you know, there's very little that's certain, even from day to day. I usually try to give it a couple of sweeps. The good ones might be working or not on at the time and day I happen to be there. So much luck involved. I've rarely been lucky on the 1st floor, but scored on the 4th quite a few times. Then it's salgados and Casarao or somewhere.

ok BA85 (around R30 max / US$17 / UK£10), is cheap and not really luxurious (and 15 or 20R is common as well). But I've had awesome overnighters for R100-R120 this year. There's plenty of style in BsAs, but I'd welcome a simple guide to getting my rocks off in a friendly smiling manner for around US$10, or a memorable all-night-and-again-in-the-morning shag-of-one's-life for under US$70 there. I can't see it, but I'm open to learning and landing there briefly in a few weeks or so. (Yeah, I know RTFF for BsAs but it's harder work than even this one, and my bottom line is it hasn't changed [i]that[/i] much since I was there last time - at least in terms of pussy-to-the-£.)

The guys over at Argentina Private put up a lot of good information but, even with that, BsAs still seems like a tougher place to navigate for pussy. In Rio, we have limitless options just a short bus or metro ride away. Disney for lechers, as you alluded.

I have not attacked him ever. In fact when he thought I attacked him previously, I was clear in explaining the rationale for my post and apologized for the misunderstanding. Sent him a private PM which he sought to ignore. His right. Changed my name because he had a point that it could be considered offensive. I'm not a person who just reads the site to flame people. Quite the opposite. Read my few posts and you will see that they are trying to be helpful or stating my thoughts on a post. I don't do it in a flaming or inconsiderate manner. In other post in other threads my posts have been one offering answers to questions posed. Read the posts and you will see I'm far from a troll.

The latest post was simply to state what I saw. Yes, I was there and can give more detail on that day that can be easily verified by Tijuana's sources. The three men that walked in came at a time when the workers were ferrying supplies up the staircase and the elevator shaft to the facility. It made the already small stairway crowded. Two of the men carried backpacks with them. And as someone stated, "they probably went to 4x4 after they left", that too is correct, because I went to 4x4 myself and saw them there.

Some people posts their experiences and find joy in it. If I can give info that I believe will be helpful I will post. I read the forum and have found it very useful. I have stated my opinion on Help, thought it was offered a good alternative for those who like to party and check out a different aspect of the mongering scene.

I was in Rio Thanksgiving week and visited 4X4, Solarium, MC, Luomo, Centaurus and Help. Hung out in Lapa at Circo Voador and Estrela da Lapa. Help is a former shell of itself and has outlived it's usefulness. I had to laugh and agree with the comment by one poster that at times there were more European men dancing on floor by themselves then with women. I didn't take one woman from Help this trip. All of my action came in the termas, with terma girls back at my apartment and with independents that I have maintained a relationship with during my trips and I generally see when I am in Brasil.

A first time poster Galvin said he had a great time in Luomo, but I found it to be a significant fall off from its glory days. They have placed a TV in the boite and a glass door which is strange. Doris, formerly of Solarium, is no longer at Luomo. Neither is her sister. I hear Doris is now at 65. Ingrid was not there the entire week of Thanksgiving. Another sister duo who use to work at Luomo is now at Centaurus. The sweetest person in Luomo is Rubi and many of her friends have left her for other termas. All of this can be verified by folks familiar with the terma scene.

Centaurus by my account remains is the creme de la creme with 4x4 and Solarium tied for second. MC has several girls formerly of Luomos and Solarium. I have found that girls are doing more terma hopping. In the week that I was there a beautiful shapely brunette who worked in 4x4, sorry didn't get her name, was working in Centaurus by the end of the week.

Thought about going to Black and White, but didn't get around to it. Couldn't find a number, but was told by a Brasilian friend that it the same as 4x4 and I would mostly be the only gringo in the joint if I went. He recommended it saying 4X4 style without the price. Even my Brasilian friend couldn't find a number for the place.

The crowds were down overall from when I first started going to Rio. Very light on American and Europeans. At TA there were very few women on the hedge rows and it was easy to find a table. Same for MP. The girls of Help were asking ridiculous prices. Starting at 400 and in many cases not wanting to go below 300. And yes all termas have raised their prices.

Again, I don't post a lot because much of what I would post would simply echo some of what has been posted. Another reason I don't post is because some on this forum are so judgmental and belittling of people who ask for information.
