Gents. Staying at the Marriott on EL Dorado next week. First visit to Bogota in many years. Are there any decent pick up clubs or casas nearby to find some action.

I have been to Bogota numerous times and stayed near parque 93 in a suites type hotel evertime. I was thinking about staying close to the airport this time at least for the 1st night for a girl that I know that lives in that area. Can anyone recomend a hotel that is nice that isn't in a ghetto close to airport? Also, anyone ever heard of a complex that is called Compensar I believe. It has a gym and lots of sports like tennis, futbol why. If you have maybe you could tell me about it. I'm new here but I travel a lot for work and play and speak good spanish. If anyone is in Bogota this coming week let me know. I'm not real young but I'm not considered middle age just yet!

A few miles up the road from the airport.

I don't know ONE gringo in Colombia and plan to keep it that way.

Just saying. I never ignore facts. With that said I don't have any american friends in Bogota and maybe I should find a few.
