With the money that I spend for an hotel youI can book a high luxury and spacious apartament in the centre absolutely new and with design furniture.

In a couple of them you I also find SPA and gym services in the building (US style condo).

The matter is that I always passed over because it's even more difficult to know how the access of girls work (many have concierge anyway and key access to elevators).

Then there is some misunderstanding that in Warsaw you should make reservation long time in advance with the Odloty-numbers and other "dating" forums, in my opinion there is no guarantee that the girl will be there if you have booked a week or weeks in advance.
