I think we are in a perfect storm, worst case level infinity hurricane:

1. the exchange rate, as you mention.

Was in Rio recently. Overall, this visit was a bit of a letdown so far as Copacabana 583 Ave SRA is concerned. Last time I was there a few years ago, I had a blast at 401 repeatedly but this time the quality was really low. Almost all girls were black or just a few mixed but no fair skinned ones.
