I would rather have a car in Buzios
You can take an Uber to Buzios or hire a taxi or car service, you really don't need a car once you're there depending on where you stay beaches are in walking distance.
I always rent a buggy to visit beaches all over Buzios. Also if you're staying at one of those cliff-side villas, it would be tough getting around without a car.
Clubs open around the New Year's?
I am planning to spend the New Year's in Rio.
Is 4 x 4 open with normal hours in the last week of December (especially Dec. 31 and Jan. 1)?
In case it does not open as usual, what can be other options?
Apart from it, I wonder where else I can enjoy things similar to 4 x4.
I heard of Dolce Vita and Monte Carlo, while I have been to 4 x4 only, so I do not know what other clubs look like.
I also welcome suggestions on erotic massage parlours if girls are nice and prices are not too bad there.
I may want to drop by during the day before taking my flight.
Thanks,
Trix car service and they have a website
I am a little wary of Uber going back to Rio. I just checked the app and it appears to only be four Ubers avaliable in Buzios at the moment. What can you tell me about car services? I want to make sure I can get back to Rio without too much hassle. Thanks for the info on the Cuban cigars. I want to bring some back for some friends. Lapa looks fun and I look forward to it.
Showdown.
I've used this car service several times to and from Buzios, they are based in Cabo Frio. Send them a text in WhatsApp in English a day or so ahead of time and they will be there exactly when you want with decent prices. Trix car service +55 22 97403 1417. www.trixtransfer.com
Can I ask for information on costs?
I can't speak to new years. But Monte Carlo and DV are completely different exeperiences. MC is a terma / bar. You go in and there is a shower and changing room and you put on a robe. Then you are in a small bar that makes no pretense about being a club. You sit on one side and the girls lineup. It's implied that you must choose then but you don't have to. They will sit eventually. And it's kinda guys on one side and girls on the other. Eventually call one over. Chat. Maybe stroke a little. Try out DFK and go to the room upstairs. Maybe 8-10 girls. They open at 3. I really like it. Pretty girls good service.
DV is a late night club. I went once at 12 midnight and there was not a single person. Last time I was there between 2 and 4 am and it was packed. Like a standard bar with guys and girls milling about but the girls are for hire. AFAIK no onsite rooms. All take out. I took a girl to my hotel from there and we had a blast.
So Monte Carlo is an earlier scene and a terma with onsite rooms and DV like a bar / club with freelance take out. Both worth a visit.
Thanks for your answer.
I actually have limited / outdated information on those two places based on my previous search.
If possible, can you let me know about costs (especially about Monte Carlo's exit fee, room and short / long-time cost for a girl)?
This is all I have so please correct me if it is wrong.
Monte Carlo: not sure how much it is for entry, but there is an upcharge for credit card payment
Dolce Vita: entry is R50 before 1 am; R70 after 1 am. Girls cost R400-500 per hour, while an exit fee is R70
