If you are talking about Mango Bars you are about a 5min Taxi (P50)with no traffic.

Call me a wimp, but I personally would not go toe-to-toe with three ladyboys. Nor would I go toe-to-toe with three of anything. While you are fighting off two, the other one could come around behind you and choke you. Ladyboys are still boys. It is good that you saw them first and that you fled to safety.

I liked the way Mortman showed us how to talk diplomatically in order for the girl to "save face." I also liked GE's "Treat her with respect."
Some forum members may criticize me for saying this, but I feel that even brothel workers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. They are human beings.
Treating the freelancer/semi-pro/pro with respect and courtesy is an absolute must. No matter how poor she is, nor how slutty she is, in any culture, a girl feels shame when she has sex for money/gifts. I feel that anything I can do do lessen this shame, and make it seem less like pure "pay for play" will help her feel better and will make for a more mutually enjoyable experience.
In one country, two wh0res on the street approached me and started fishing for my wallet. They changed from "prost1tute role" to "thief role." As such, they did not deserve kindness or respect, and I forcefully shoved them away and yelled.
The grey area is when "good prost1tutes" turn into "bad prost1tutes." One time I had a semi-pro/GF with me on an extended trip. As we reached the furthest point from her home, she sided with total strangers in a con job and showed me total lack of respect and disloyalty. Even though she had turned into a "bad prost1tute" my duty was to return her to her home, (at great inconvenience).
As long as the girl is playing the role of prost1tute/GF/semi-pro, she deserves to be treated with respect and kindness.

I have to say that despite the corruption, the poverty, the terrible food and the awful service that you encounter everywhere, Cebu and Mindanao have both found a place in my heart. I have been a life long fan of Thailand but think I am won over at least equally to the Phillipines. I will be lucky enough to retire early in just over a year and though I am not sure about living here permanently (at least not just yet) I hope to spend at least 5-6 months of the year here. Who knows I may even commit the monger's cardinal sin and settle down with a good Pinay once I am here......watch this space!

I normally have back-up on an international mission but looks like it won't be so this time. Seems like a favorable place to conduct a single operator mission. However, I find myself constantly thinking about how satisfied I will be with the Filipinas? I've been to DR, CR, Brazil and Mexico and love the latino women and their shapely figures especially along the rear end. Yeah that's what I'm inclined to. From what I understand the Filipinas are a little more shapely than the Thais, but of course don't quite stack up to their latin counterparts. Perhaps there will be a few Filipinas around less scrawny than the one's in some of the pics I've seen. Regardless of that, I'm still willing to take a chance just for the new experience and I do look forward to this much talked about GF experience that the Filipinas supposedly provide. Hopefully, that will make up for the lack of meat on their bones.
I prefer the skinny ones, but Lone Star and Viking both had some very busty women. You'll have to get there early.

I took a buddy to Cebu last weekend for his cherry visit. He is a resident of Angeles and never visited Cebu. This is a breakdown of our weekend.
Silver Dollar: Opens at 1200 (only bar in town open) and I hate to say it, but the new owner doesn't have a clue I don't forsee this bar lasting a year. Same girls are there that were there a year ago. Carl and I arrived last Sunday at 1200 and of course the bar is on Filipino time and was open, but not ready for customers. We took a seat on the end of the bar and finally got served a drink while waiting for the girls to show up. As we were watching TV and talking a rat came down the bar towards us and it was at least 12 inches long. We called the bartender over and told her what we saw and she replied, Yes sir that is a spotlight dancer. Also, there were cockroaches EVERYWHERE! Upside to this bar, we were there 5 hours and had one ST and the total bill was 5000P. Good happy hour prices and LD prices.
Temptations: The bar is off the main drag down a side street. It seems more geared towards Korean/Japanese clients, but they treated us well. As we walked in there was 12 girls sitting in a horseshoe booth waiting to dance and we sat down right in middle of them. As we sat down they were like WTF???We started joking with them and soon they were laughing and having fun. We decide to play a game with them and if they played they got a LD (120p). We had them all stand up and we played Kalbo or no Kalbo and they had to show. This is like most bars in Cebu, NO CAMERAS ALLOWED Overall it was a great time. I took a girl from here and she told me it was her third BF. The first was a Japanese and she said that she didn't know that she was supposed to have sex with him and when she finally agree he didn't want to use a condom and she did, he didn't force her and gave her a 7000P tip She said her second BF was Korean and he did use a condom and gave her 5000P tip. I told her sorry, I gave her 2000P. BF was 1700P and the girl gets 850P.
BG's: A few customers and around 25 girls. Only had one beer here and was happy to leave with my wallet intact.
Vikings: Same owner as BG's and Erik the Red. I like this bar as it has more room and a better stage. There are normally 3-4 dancers and they do dance. We had a couple of girls here that were fun and liked to party.
Lone Star: Nice bar to drink in, but the furniture isn't too comfortable, few customers and around 25 girls. Good news is that the owner Graham has started opening at 4 pm, instead of 6 pm. BF here is 2700P and the girl get 2000P.
Jaguar: WOW what a ripoff. Worst club in Cebu. It is 200P to enter and one LD per hour (360P) SML is 120P. Eat in is 4000P and take away is 6000P We didn't see one girl there over a 5 Upon paying our bill they tried to add a drink for the Mommasan and we were like "No Fucking Way" and finally she agreed to take it off our bill.
In our rounds we stopped at GATE 3. It is a Casa very near Jaguar. They have a gate up and written on it is GATE 3 The taxi pulled up and the gate opened and we went in and we were the only customers. Carry out was 3000P and of the 30 ladies, not one looked worth that price. As were looking at the girls two groups of Koreans (7 total) came in.
Coliseum: New bar next to Bounty/Egypt which are still closed. No customers and only 10 girls. LD are standard 250P and SML is 80P. The layout of this bar sucks. It is three story and very hard to see the dancers. BF is 3000P.
Dimples: Nice bar, few customers and 15 girls. Not much to report here, just kicked back for one or two drinks and moved on.
Love Star: Bar is dark and there is a reason for that Not too many lookers here, but they are fun to drink with, just don't go when you are drunk, you may end up taking one home and waking up and chewing off your arm to get away
Sisters: This bar reminds me of TI in AC. Small bar and the girls will get wild.
Hot Rods: This bar has been recently renovated and renamed from the Black Hole. I had a bad experience here a couple of months ago. A buddy and I (only customers) had six girls and were buying our second round of drinks when two Koreans came in and the Mommasan called for a 100% show up. I called her over asked her WTF? As we had already purchased the girls drinks and she replied that is the policy Sir. We took our BF's in for one drink just to show Carl the bar. Also, the owner of Silver Dollar told us that Hot Rods was for sale...are you ready for this???? 4 million dollars!!!

I rarely get to Cebu these days. My advice for a punter wanting P4P would be go to AC for a few days first , get your fill, then fly to Cebu & enjoy a relaxing holiday doing the many, many freebies/free lancers you will encounter there. Much better value.
The standard of Cebu P4P chicks does not impress me. Seems to me you can bang top shelf stuff in AC or Burgos for those prices.

This is interesting. Over a year ago, I reported that Lone Star had moved to an all inclusive bar fine. BUT, when I was there last month I was assured it was 700 barfine. This was from the mouth of Graham!
Maybe it depends on the girl? On the mamasan? On the day of the week? What is going on? Or maybe 700 was quoted as bf, but then they spring the 2k on you when you pay the bill as the "service charge"? I didn't bf there so I don't know the reality. Can anyone elaborate?

There are all sizes, shapes and forms in Cebu as is the case all over the world. You will have your pick in Cebu. I would have to say that there are smaller than average girls here than in the mentioned countries you have listed.
I haven't been in the countries you have listed, but I have been all over Europe, Africa, Middle East and a few places in Asia and have never found a better girl than a filipina. Its all about personal choice though. Better discussed over a cold San Mig Light! Let me know if you want to have a beer in Jan.
