Everything is negotiable in Thailand, so of course you can take the girls back to your hotel room. The cost depends on the time of day you want to take them as well as how many you want I once. I always like at least two myself.

You don't want to stay around Soi 6, the action is all on Walking Street. Soi 6 is good because it opens up at 1 PM in the afternoon. Walking Street doesn't wake up until 8 PM.

As for your hotel, my recommendation would be to book one for only TWO days over the internet. Then when you get here have a look around and see what you can find. There are a ton of hotels here, you will NEVER have a hard time finding a room and you never know which one is going to have a special.

The advice about booking for 2 days is great, this way I can check out other hotels in the day time and give me something to do.

Recently I visted a new friend who was staying at the Queen Victory Inn, right on Soi 6, For 900 baht it was a very clean room with a couch and large table with excellent WIFI, he also had a small balcony which we were able to see girls on the roof across from the Inn, praying prior to going to work downstairs in the bar. Not sure of the noise level at night when sleeping but certainly very accessible to getting any girl short time or long.

Taking girls from go go's or bars within Soi 6, area shouldn't be any problem.
