I took the medicine PReP and I heard that can cause this, I also heard someone say that certain bacteria can cause that issue. Someone said there is a certain bacteria from intimacy that doctors might miss when testing. As I get tested regularly. Has anyone else experienced this?

Long-covid, diet, age related etc etc, the only way you are going to start finding out is to visit a reputable doctor and I'd say they'd start with blood tests, they can tell a lot.

A 20 year old girl coming to Pattaya from Isaan generally has a lot of emotional baggage: often has 2 or 3 kids, the Thai boyfriend dumped her after the last kid, now her goal is to make enough money to afford the most handsome Thai man so she can post photos on Facebook. As the birth rate drops, this scenario becomes less common.
