Since I'm not able to travel now I'm eager to buy some photos and videos from the girls. I know you can get porn for free online, but for me it's more like an investment to let the girls know you are serious and willing to spend some money on her and not be a dead fly in her friend list.

I have bought a video, even overpaid, tons of guys do it.
90+% (of the time, you should move on and begin your hook-up with a chica that requires zero outlay upfront.
But there are always exceptions, one-offs, unique circumstances, yadi yadi yadi, blah, blah, blah, that could justify buying a video or fotos or sending "some" money up front, meaning the ROI (Return on Investment) will be justified materially OR intangibly. That is your call and no one else can tell you when to do it and not to do it, and you may have to learn from your own mistakes, or you may be rewarded with dreams beyond your imagination. If you are new to the mongering game, you will probably trend towards the former because you will be an amateur pitted against professionals. Make it fun, don't spend more than you can afford, and you will have a great time.
