5K was worth saved and well executed behaviour to the Pimp for better treatment. Its always better to turn him down on occasions like this sothat he is serious about your liking. He is paid for the same. Its better not to accept inferior quality then to repent later. Its hard earned money and should be paid for good service.

This is the hypocrite face of the business houses in India, be it Tata/Ambaani or petty pimp. The customer is never a god but a prey.
At the times of recession, when the west is trying hard to increase volume, our Lalas/Baniyaas are stuck to the bottom price.

This problem is just every where. Here in Hyderabad, my regular contact is ardent to prices even accepting that even her business is under deep recession. But she is still stuck her higher price, even for provides not to her usual standard.

What at least we can do is to hear the bigger brain and hold our bucks.

Why does this business not follow normal laws of economics? recession/less demand is not having any impact on the prices. Or will it have lagged-effect, say 6-12 months after onset of recession?

If you ask me, food/Hotel/FMCG is indeed on decline. I can find table in the resturants which used to have a 40m-1 Hr wait time. People are no longer doing impulsive buying in super stores, reason a local dept. Store chain in Hyderabad 'Magna' is closing down.

Guys, there has been a slowdown in the Mongering market as well. Providers who used to take time replying if they have anybody are now calling up every other day asking when we will visit. I for one have not gone into action for quiet sometime now. But am receiving calls from providers.

Not that recession has got me, it is genuine lack of interest which is being caused because of the busy schedule for the year end.

rates quoted on many reports seem to be overcharged. usually a average girl type prostitute will cost you 500 to 800 rs, incall. for hotel room calling it can be 1200 to 1500 rupees. it is only if you call numbers from newpapers or internet you start off paying 3000 onwards to 15000 for similar girls but in better clothes which you will take off anyway. also service from these costlier girls are poor quality than the ones costing less than 2000 rupees. it is better to ask the door boy or room service guy to arrange for local area girls if you stay in 2 star or 3 star hotels. also girls knowing english may charge 3000+ rates, but do you want to fuck or talk? many people do not know rates and get overcharged, may they have more money to throw.
