Luxy just a night club, private rooms means you and your buddies get to party in your own section, no girls provided unless you call for companion gals will come hangout drink and party with you (Luxy don't provide any gals, you pre-arrange before go in). Their fee ususally starts about 1000NT/hr just to hangout, any additional service is up to the gal and can be quite expensive. (Ming Xiang) apparently it is close by to SOGO in Taipei, Have you heard of it? Price really isn't much of an issue for us as it's a special event and everyone is willing to shelve out the cash.

If price is not an issue, KTV is the best place to go. I mean you don't have to get naked if you don't want to, just tell the girls ahead, but honestly, it's not that big of deal. That is not to say they will not(I have never tried) but I usually find its easier for me to have called my mamasan and told her the have a girl come to my room.
