I've never been to Manama but have done a lot of research to prep for my trip.

Phoenicia Tower is listed as Building 299 Road 1910 Block 319 City Center.

There is also Royal Phoenicia hotel which is Building 1288 Road 3931 Block 339 Umm Al Hasam.
