Yes he is from Nehru place and number ending 89, 42, 55 are all from him. He is calling from different numbers and the rates you mentioned are the same. However today he quoted 5 k ST, 8 K NT.

Went to RN nagar spa after getting details from Rahul. Found the place decent enough to repeat. Got the therapist pooja as rose was busy. This was very straight forward. Spotted a couple of chicks hanging out of twinkle twinkle little spa on the top floor. Headed in and negotiated the price to 800 bucks for massage. Was asked for preference and gave mine.
