Different peoples experience with the same girl will be different of course, and one's own experience from one time to the next with the same girl may differ too, but in general, if somebody "well known" here posts girl X provided terrible service, while girl Y provided great service, I'm going to strongly favour girl Y if I go to the same place. What you are saying makes perfect sense for girls who work in go go bars and massage parlors or beer bars.
