What was the service like?[/QUOTE]Sato, not only is the quality of the selection just as good IMHO, but as has been said by others, the LIGHTING's so much better (normal vs strip-club dark). So you can really see the girls. Combine that with lots of chicas to choose from (effective price control) , no entrance fee (unlike the Elite) , no take-out fee (unlike the Elite or Palace) , hot live latin music every night and cheap drinks to help get her in the mood (for example, a bucket of five local beers for $6) , and you have an unrushed and pretty close to perfect mongering environment. The only reason I'll have to cruise Elite / Palace on my next trip will be to line up three or four blondes / non-morenas (my personal preference, YMV) for off-premises hookups.

As for service, didn't meet any girl there who was into anal; BBBJ is the exception, but can be had with a little extra surcharge (usually $20 and up) if the chica is willing (the liquor & small talk helps). The passion level of the sex can vary of course, but getting to know her a little beforehand is usually a good tip-off to her mood and the best way to stroke it. If you speak some Spanish, and know how to make her laugh & loosen up, you're pretty sure to get what you want. At your price. AND she won't be watching the clock while you get it.

If you want to check out the other venues often mentioned here, have taxi driver take you to Hotel Ejecutivo ($3 cab ride) and dropoff to avoid an entrance surcharge at Elite nearby. Wait for the cabbie to leave then, as you face the hotel, head for Habanos first, walk to your left one block down the hill, it's across from the Marriott (chicas starting to come back [saw about 10-12 there last Saturday] after big immigration raid there the previous week). Le Palace (free to enter) is a one block walk on same street from the hotel, but down the hill to your right. You don't need to stay long to make connections for later (I got three phone #s in 20 minutes). To get to Elite, walk downhill straight from the hotel on the cross-street, when you get two blocks down to the busy street, look to your right for Hooters (down a couple more blocks) and Elite's right across the street (mandatory $30 but incl. All you can drink). Saw two or three blonde well-built stunners each at both Elite and Palace, all eager to give you their phone #s for later hookup so you don't have to pay the outrageous take-out fees. The girls themselves are expensive enough (one wanted $300 for two hours!) but they're definitely best quality.

My plan for a memorable next trip (probably July 4 wkend) : stay at Torres, check out Elite / Palace first to set up some of those hot blondes, then go cruise the Veneto. R. Is very marginal and OK at Doll House. Owners seem to be looking to gouge the hapless tourist staying in the Veneto who doesn't know any better. Much better quality and MUCH better value at other locations. It's a shame as they are nice places with great locations. If owers had a clue about the local market and some better talent, these places could be real winners.

I've been reading the posts from as far back as January trying to get an idea of the PC scene. Myself and a couple of buds are thinking about going there for the 4th. We're seasoned mongers but this will be a first to PTY. Can someone give me an idea of the room rates for the Veneto and the Torres? Also are the mongers in any danger of being hassled / arrested or having their money taken during any of these raids? If so, I'd rather pay the extra money to go to MDE where the talent is a lot cheaper!

When I saw the prices mentioned by some guys in this area I had to take a step back. I want to see PC but paying $100 and up for a roll in the hay with a chica is against my nature LOL!

As to the chicas, price-wise you should never pay over $100. In Veneto and Habanos they will quote you $150 but will almost always come down to $100. Golden Time in El Dorado is $84 for a top-tier girl (just be sure to have the taxi drop you off at Popeye's in El Dorado- so you don't get stuck paying his commission). There are also a bevy of lower end places with much lower rates.

Was in Panama a week ago. Was there 4 nights. Had fun one. La Che, Habanos, and Veneto. I made the rounds. 5 years ago or so things were much better. Less touristy girls much more friendly. Offered to buy drinks on two seperate occasions for girls. Went to the bar, by the time I came back only a couple minutes they were gone. Off with another client. Don't get me wrong Panama can still be fun but to me it has become very mechanical and the quality has gone way down. The hottest ones get plucked up by the old timers who rent them for a month or whatever and have them live in there condos with them. There are still some 9's but few and far between and those girls are very difficult to get through too. In anycase. Much better mongering spots out there besides Panama. Things just aren't the same there.

Does anyone know whether Toscana hotel and the Wyndham Garden Hotel is chica friendly. Please assist don't want to make the wrong choice.

I'm always looking to keeping a hand on my budget. I'll also have to sharpen up on my negotiating skills. I don't mind those lower tier places as long as they're safe and I can persuade a chica or two to rendezvous back at my hotel when they're off the clock. A good attitude and a nice ass matter more to me than a pretty face who thinks she's doing me a favor. You're right. I've got to remember to get dropped off away from the front doors. And remind my buds of the same.

I was returning to the hotel after 2:00 am, I do not know what they would do in the morning.

I only received Balboa coins a couple of times.
