May I suggest that this is different
I have been going for 8 years high and low. I was on ground 2 weeks ago. This is totally different. They are enforceing a zero tolerance policy. No chicas on the street during day light ours. This not normal low season. While the mayor has little power she does have the ear of the police and military. These fascist do not play. I am not a doom and gloom guy. However the changes are serious. When they break things it is hard to put them back. The locals seem to think the sky is falling.
I'm not sure who to believe anymore.
I'm sure I'm not the only BM who scarfs wings at Flip Flop restaurant in Sosua. Here's what the owner wrote earlier today:
That is all.
New guy here. Was planning a trip down to Sosua since I can't remember for this fall.
A few weeks ago, I though I had missed out of my luck reading that September and October were usually slow months and that on top of that, the city was putting strict regulation on the sex scene down there.
In doubt, I even cancelled my plane flight and thought I'd try another place instead.
Now with the last message stating this it's all in people's head and nothing's happening. I'm in serious doubt about who to believe at this point.
