They could have organised two GB in a week, one for HSC only and one for general people who just love party. Similarly, the HSC only party could have been incorporated in swinger's party.
Hopefully the management reconsider this policy before it is too late for them to reverse it after most of people are leaving. They probably fail to see that reasonable number of people are not living in Berlin, just go there once in a year or even a one-off occasion. My guess is that making club membership a requirement is an attempt to get around recent changes in the law.
