Take Ivermectin 0. 2 MG per kg bodyweight 3 times / day for 2 weeks on empty stomach. (if you weight 65 kg that's 65 x0. 2 =13, take the closest value, 12 MG).

If not avail at pharmacy, buy the one for animals, same shit. Just make sure is pure (small tablets) not in a mix like apple flavored horse paste.

On the box it is said once every 6 or 8 months or once a year, nothing like three times per day for two weeks.

It's also quite expensive. But I might try it.

At first glance they look like worms / parasites but with a magnifying glass, it looks more like mucous or some kind of excretion.

But as I said, they've been tested quite a few times for parasites and always came back negative.

Different bacteria, needs different antibiotics, even common gonorrhea is of 2 different types, and each is not affected by the treatment for the other one, one needs doxy, the other penicillin type.

Ivermectin is a wonder drug, and is dirt cheap, this is why is downplayed and ostracized by the big pharma. I just bought a 100 X 7. 5 MG pill jar for $7. Go to the vet. If it doesn't help, it won't harm you in most cases, it's like aspirin, very rare people get adverse reactions from it.

Personally I take it for 2-3 days every 3 months prophylactically, just in case.

It may be that you have sperm leakage in the urine, and that's a different story.

The best thing is to find a doctor or a lab that can identify what that is, then you take the guessing out of the equation.

They all tested that stuff for parasites and the tests came back negative. They also tested me for prostate cancer.

I spent a long time identifying these things and the closest I got were whipworms or trich.

So I treated myself for both.

I know all about parasites and how difficult they are to deal with because I had giardia 10 years ago which resisted all the 'effective' treatments and nearly killed me.

Which is why I haven't given up on trying to deal with this. I finally got over that by using herbal treatments.

I actually just went out shopping and meant to buy some Ivermectin but forgot. But I'm going to finish this week of doxycycline first before I start on that anyway.

A few times I've collected loads of those stringy things and given them to the doctors to test.

The last test I had done in the UK was specifically for parasites.

The Thai doctors didn't seem to know what they were doing but through my own research I can see now that they were just going through the possibilities step by step.

The other stuff I said was that I've been treating myself based on my own research in the meantime. I've had plenty of time to think about it because it's been going on for 6 months now.

I found a thread on a forum which seemed to be talking about the same stringy stuff in pee and guys all over the world said they'd been through all the same experiences with doctors and tests and antibiotics etc and even after years they still didn't know what it was.

That's why I thought I'd post it here.

I'd never heard of it before but it's estimated to be the most prevalent nonviral STI worldwide.

It's one of the things which seemed most likely to be my 'worms'.

So I'm guessing trich is probably rampant in places like Pattaya.

I'm barely active these days but I have probably passed this on.

I might have picked it up from a non working girl in Chiang Rai or from a working girl in Pattaya, or even from a woman in Nepal.

Afaik, that is something slightly more than just the regular prep medicine (though I'm no doctor), and may account for part of the price difference. Another part is probably that Thai hospitals, especially private hospitals (if that's what Pattaya Memorial is), usually add a much larger markup on the drugs they sell, and often don't choose the cheapest version.

A girl once taught me that when in a private Thai hospital, if the price of the medicine is non-trivial, always ask for the prescription, and then go across the street to get the generic or cheaper version, or sometimes even the same version of the medicine, from the non-hospital pharmacy.

She was new in that business and I guess she didn't give much thought of the risks, thinking that she'll be fine by using condoms.

She explained her situation to the doctor, they made a blood test that came back negative, and gave her that stuff for prevention, for the future.

It was Prep, I watched the stuff, a blue box exactly like the one pictured in the Jakarta thread.
