How much she charges depends on what you want but she isn't expensive. You will have to take that up with her. And all of those pics are of her. And yes. She does it all.

I am a newbie and need some help. I have a 12 hour layover in Bogota on Saturday, from 9 p. M to 9 am, and I wanted to have some fun. I have been looking over the Colombia and Bogota forums, but have not been able to find a good enough ROD or FAQ to give me the lay of the land. Nearly all the attention seems to be on Medellin (I will definitely have to make it there later this year!)

I know that Bogota is huge, but can anyone recommend a plan for some fun that is not too complicated. A good friendly hotel? Is the Santa Fe area safe and quick to get to the airport? Or should I stay at the airport hotel and "commute" in? I wouldn't say that money is no object, but I would mind paying a little bit more for safety and convenience.

Stay at the hotel St Simon. They a few cheaper rooms on the top floor.

The area around there has lots of action. See my List for the places. It is an easy walk to the Calle 70s for a quickie.

Yes Zona Rosa is nice and safe but hardly any street action, and it is a very small area about 2 blocks.

So where is Santa Fe and what's the nearest nice hotel?

(i.e., to the west of the main avenida with the rapid transit transmilenio station, away from the mountains). The streets outside this rectangle have prostitution also, but it is 90% trannies. Your choices for hotels nearby are in boring downtown such as Crowne Plaza Tequendama (Carerra 10 and Calle 26) or in touristic La Canadalaria old town (such as Hotel Casa Deco). At night you will have to use a taxi to get to Santa Fe (to a club by name and address such as La Piscina). DO NOT WALK AROUND Santa Fe red light district at night. If you have to take a taxi at night, you might as well stay in a better neighborhood further north. Most of the nice hotels are between Calle 80 and Calle 116 not too far from Carerra 15.

Hope that helps. I was in Santa Fe a couple of days ago during the daytime. Nothing has changed recently. It is a third-world experience!
